No offense to foreign customer service, but there can often be communication issues. The negative- had a problem within a week of installation and had to go into the office to trade out the equipment. Within another month, had trouble connecting to the internet. Solved by rebooting, but a pain in the neck to do and time consuming phone call. The employees are young and nice but do not have basic customer service skills. First rule of customer service, when talking to an angry/frustrated customer apologize for the inconvenience. Also, no clear explanation of why the problem happened. They do ok dealing with the problem, but not good at dealing with people, and I have a more calm and patient personality than most. Really need to train their people.

At our request we had a conference call so we could all be on the same page, since we were paying for a customized version of the template. We contracted a graphic designer to create several page mock-ups to help the website company understand what we wanted. They agreed everything was within the scope of the project and their abilities. We included a "time is of the essence" clause in the contract with a website delivery date that all parties agreed upon. Long story short, the website did not go live until three weeks after the due date. We went through many rounds of changes. Most of our feedback was "see mock-up". Other feedback included fixing sloppy work. The company provided no added value and seemed only able/willing to follow directions, which had to be repeated. The people we worked with were friendly enough. However, towards the end of the project, emails and feedback via their project portal either went unanswered or had a very delayed responses. We have since had to hire a website professional to fix errors. We would not hire Realty Candy again.
