This place is fast. My order was messed up when I arrived and they fixed it in a matter of 10 minutes. Most copy places would have pushed me off days. The people are friendly and welcome you upon entering. There is very little wait to be served, and they complete the task quickly. Now for the downside. I took a Christmas card in for duplication. I wanted 65 copies. After 35 copies it was out of paper. The 35 were bagged and given to me. It seemed a little light, but they're the experts. When I got home and filled the envelopes I found I was 30 short. By now they were closed. This morning I went back and started to explain my issue. Before I got very far the worked reached under the counter and handed me the 30 with a "sorry." I then had 6 lbs. of paper shredded for $3.00. A customer service oriented company would have said "It's on us. We delayed your cards and made you drive back a second time to get them. Our bad." (The day before I bought a grilled chicken salad at Costa Vida. When I got home, there was NO chicken in the salad. I called them and registered a complaint. The next day the manager called, apologized and offered me an entree for free. As we chatted, he said, "No, wait. I'm giving you two free entries. Customer for life!) So four stars. A good company, just a bit penny wise and pound foolish. read more

This is a great place to get printing - quick and easy. Do know that they don't ship on weekends so your package will sit through the weekend before being picked up. It's a small friendly place and Kaiera does a great job on design. read more

I had a 24x30 fine-art print mounted on gator board for display. When I took it in, I got shuffled between three people. I was told lamination was mandatory, which should not be. They had me sign a disclaimer saying if they damaged my print it was not their responsibility, "because we didn't make the print to begin with." The print I gave them was printed professionally, and was flawless. It came back with some peeling edges along the top, and scratches and bits of contamination on the laminate surface. Apparently getting mounting services like this in St. George is difficult, but I will never use these guys again. For a graphics firm, especially one that has a design center attached to it, the store seemed dated and chaotic. Weird vibe. read more

Do you self a favor and go to Staples or any other copy place you can find. These guys are outrageous. Just paid $50 for 200 black and white two sided copies. Ouch! Same job at Staples is half the cost. My last trip to this store. read more

They will take shortcuts on your jobs and they won't turn out right. When the issue is brought to their attention, they argue with you rather than apologizing and correcting their mistake. I have NEVER had a job turn out the way I wanted it to or the way I asked. There is always something wrong with it. Frustrating. read more

You might get good service and photos or you won't . Oh and if you order a photo and it's not a good resolution they won't tell you and still make you pay for it . Even a phone call saying that the picture wasn't as high quality and see if I wanted to do something different would of been nice . I now have three 16x20 prints that look like shit and I'm out 55$. I talked to 4 different people over the phone this week and all had different things to say even when it came to prices !!! . Extremely confusing for the costumer ... you can get better service and quality at Costco . I will never print there or recommend anyone gets their prints there . read more
