I was in Zion officiating a wedding and needed to do some cut and pasting on the order of the ceremony as the hotel we were staying in did not have a printer. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I emailed them what I needed to be printed out and stayed at the store cutting and pasting and copying for about 45 minutes. I have used printing services for over fifty years, spending thousand of dollars for printing services, with all that servers for so many years, I can say the Steamrollers printing in Hurricane is the worst service I have ever seen. The front desk staff was very professional, helpful and friendly, but, as it got back to the "design person" and store manager it became a printing nightmare of broken promises, missed deliver dates, time delays and just all out lies. After over forty-days of broken promises, I gave up. read more

It's a hit or a miss and their prices are inconsistent from job to job (even if you're ordering the same thing). I started using Steamroller in October and was real impressed with the quality, cost, and quick turnaround. The first job I had printed came with an immediate phone call to clarify the job, excellent customer service, and a 100% print. Super impressive. I came back in December and the print quality looked cheaper, but cost the same price. It was the holidays, and I let it slide. I came back in January and the print job was pricey and pootie (pitiful bad). I ordered the same tickets I've always ordered - that came printed half the size on basic white computer paper... I had to explain to a college student that this print job lacked "wow factor" and that it wasn't the size of a standard ticket as the document and print job specified. She fixed it, but it made me late to a meeting, and have to come back and pick the print job up at a later date. Check every job on the spot. They're happy to correct it, but it'd be nice if they kept notes on frequent customers preferences. read more

My mom came in here a few times and everytime she was greeted with a cold dismissive attitude . Why? Because she doesn't speak proper English ? At least she tries to speak a second language. The last time she went in she was waiting for 45 minutes until she was finally told they couldn't help her print out a simple picture via email . 45 minutes ..... read more

This review is more a review about customer service than it is the actual business. I find the business in general is fairly reliable and consistent. However, I've had three encounters with Jody and all of them have been consistently horrible. She's slow to respond, she's as helpful as a colon full of cancer and acts as if every request is an inconvenience. At first I thought it was just that she was having a bad day but I've come to realize every day is a bad day for Jodi I will go out of my way to avoid interacting with her and her belittling laugh. This company would do well to replace her. In the meantime, I will be going elsewhere. read more

While on holiday we purchased a metal/stone sculpture from Metal Wall Art in Hurricane, UT. Glen told us that they did no shipping but he had a friend in Hurricane who did a great job. We then proceeded to Steamroller who shipped the sculpture to GA for us. It arrived damaged in a cardboard box. It appeared that the sculpture had been jammed in the box. Never again would we trust Steamroller for any service based on this experience. read more
