Amazon return simple enough. I forgot to put my item in a package. Woman told me they sell the…read morepackages for $2. I saw a larger envelope with a 59 cent sign that would easily hold my item, so I said I would just use that and she said oh well it is actually 75 cents and priced wrong. I could care less, but you must charge the posted price. She then asked cash or card and I said card and she said then it is 1 dollar for the minimum fee, so I then said I would just do cash. Just say there is the minimum fee and FYI change your sign or charge your customers the legally posted price.

This time, the plane had a mechanical problem. It finally got there on Monday. I've been trying to get a refund. No luck so far. UPS said I have to go through the UPS store I shipped it from in Hurricane UT. I did. The store was reluctant to apply for a refund on my behalf. Not very helpful. I got the impression they were trying to do minimum possible. I asked them to apply for a refund anyway. They complied and they got a reply from UPS two days later and yet I didn't hear from them. A week later, I contacted them to ask about the status. The person in charge was not there. They took my info and told me they will contact me. They didn't. When I contacted them again another week later, they finally told me it was declined. I tried to appeal the decision through UPS. I explained there was another delay, not just the weather. UPS agreed and tried to refund except this time they couldn't process it because it's been more than 15 days since the delivery. Their system won't let them and they couldn't override the system. Had the store notified me in a timely manner, I would have gotten the refund. Thanks to them I lost $200 refund. Poor customer service. I have had a delayed shipping from FedEx in the past. It was so much easier to get a refund from them. Two things, I'll never use the UPS store in Hurricane UT. Shipping through UPS will be my last choice from now on.

I called and spoke to the staffer who assured me that I could submit my files and get a quote online during after business hours and my flyers would be ready in the morning for pickup. I received my quote, and they even changed my paper selection from matte to glossy since there were so many colors and they know better! Leave it to the experts! One glitch I had was that my phone blocked me from making payment online, so I called Quality Printing, and they said "No Problem!" * They stayed in regular contact with me by email and text and couldn't have been any nicer.
