I saw a larger envelope with a 59 cent sign that would easily hold my item, so I said I would just use that and she said oh well it is actually 75 cents and priced wrong. Just say there is the minimum fee and FYI change your sign or charge your customers the legally posted price.

This time, the plane had a mechanical problem. It finally got there on Monday. I've been trying to get a refund. No luck so far. UPS said I have to go through the UPS store I shipped it from in Hurricane UT. I did. The store was reluctant to apply for a refund on my behalf. Not very helpful. I got the impression they were trying to do minimum possible. I asked them to apply for a refund anyway. They complied and they got a reply from UPS two days later and yet I didn't hear from them. A week later, I contacted them to ask about the status. The person in charge was not there. They took my info and told me they will contact me. They didn't. When I contacted them again another week later, they finally told me it was declined. I tried to appeal the decision through UPS. I explained there was another delay, not just the weather. UPS agreed and tried to refund except this time they couldn't process it because it's been more than 15 days since the delivery. Their system won't let them and they couldn't override the system. Had the store notified me in a timely manner, I would have gotten the refund. Thanks to them I lost $200 refund. Poor customer service. I have had a delayed shipping from FedEx in the past. It was so much easier to get a refund from them. Two things, I'll never use the UPS store in Hurricane UT. Shipping through UPS will be my last choice from now on.

I called and spoke to the staffer who assured me that I could submit my files and get a quote online during after business hours and my flyers would be ready in the morning for pickup. One glitch I had was that my phone blocked me from making payment online, so I called Quality Printing, and they said "No Problem!" * They stayed in regular contact with me by email and text and couldn't have been any nicer. They even put up my poster on their bulletin board right away. And their prices were so reasonable! Bonus experience was meeting their Search & Rescue pup in training. Run, don't walk, to Quality Printing for your printing needs. You won't be sorry. Ann Marie

Need a wagon repaired? Or have a desire to have a 'new' Albion handpress for printing built? Steve…read morePratt and his son Ben are two of a handful of people in N. America that can do it. I recently purchased a Pratt-built handpress - an Albion-style first constructed in England in the 1830's. It's a perfect size for letterpress and woodblock printing. Small enough to fit in a corner of a bedroom but strong enough to make good impressions. The workmanship is excellent, with the iron of the press built from castings they made of an original press in a museum. They've built working Gutenberg replicas as well as the wooden common press in operation at Texas A&M's Book History lab. These guys are last of a breed - and should be recognized. 5 stars!
