We are a long time customer with Seam Dreams. We explained that the owner said to bring it in. She said they still can't accept it with no additional explanation. We were at a loss for words. After us pressing the issue the receptionist went back to the rear of the store and came back and said leave it here we will call you and let you know whether we will fix it or not. We received a text saying it would be approx $600.00 to patch and wash the cover. We decided to pick it up and go elsewhere. When we arrive to pick it up, it was crumbled up in a ball laying on the ground. It's unfortunate that people treat others this way in a small town, especially when word travels fast.

I have an old chaise lounge that my husband slept on while he was a little boy. It was in his…read moregrandfather's den, and as a three year old, he'd fall asleep on it. It was red & white checkered fabric, which is all he remembers. I had it reupholstered in California about ten years ago, but through several moves, the old fabric just got dingy and faded. I contacted two stores in St. George to do the upholstery. One could not be bothered and told me to go to Saville Upholstery, and they were happy to take on the project. They did a marvelous job on the chair. We found the right red & white checkered fabric, and we discussed some changes. It took them about two weeks to get it done from order to finish. I am not sure why folks gave this business a one or two star rating because they were responsive, the took care of a family treasure, and they worked with me on getting fabric samples and picking the right one. I would highly recommend them for any upholstery. job. I'll add some before and after pictures. The before pictures show a ruffled bottom, while the other one shows a nice clean edged finished on the bottom.
