I then found a smaller shop, nice old guy who did it for $60 and had it done in one day, I'll be taking my 12 chairs to him... Unfortunately, it is a Chinese part that must be specially ordered. But, while we wait for this part, he thought he discovered another way to fix the problem and stopped by to try it out, during his busy schedule. If it weren't for the thread count being wrong on the screws, he would have been able to save me time and a couple of hundred dollars. Ryan really thinks about his customers needs and what will benefit them most. I am very impressed with his honesty, integrity, and genuine friendliness. He gets two thumbs-up from me, and I haven't given a thumbs-up to anyone for quite some time.

We went over the rooms I wanted cleaned when he got there, and unlike other servicers, he didn't try to upsell me (which is always nice). It was just myself and him, and there was a lot of furniture I needed moved to get the job done. Boston graciously offered to help me move items (where I think many others would've waited till I did it myself). Overall, the carpets look good (although I think carpet cleaners pretty much all do the same job), and their rates were comparable. Boston's extra help really added the extra oomph for me to know this was well worth the money. I would definitely reuse this provider and recommend.
