We used Black Diamond a few years back and was impressed by Tyler's work and attention to detail so I asked if he would be willing to clean our dryer vent once again. Almost immediately we set up a date that worked best for us both. Bonus: I was in the process of sealing our bathroom grout as it needed a fresh coat and asked Tyler for any recommendations. He suggested that he could do it no problem! Perfect - Kill two birds with one stone! Once again, Tyler's price point (for dryer vent cleaning and grout sealer application) was far better than quotes I received from other companies. He arrived promptly and diligently executed both jobs in a very sanitary method, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. After he was finished, he cleaned up both areas very well. We will definitely use Black Diamond in the future!! Mahalo Tyler!

We went over the rooms I wanted cleaned when he got there, and unlike other servicers, he didn't try to upsell me (which is always nice). It was just myself and him, and there was a lot of furniture I needed moved to get the job done. Boston graciously offered to help me move items (where I think many others would've waited till I did it myself). Overall, the carpets look good (although I think carpet cleaners pretty much all do the same job), and their rates were comparable. Boston's extra help really added the extra oomph for me to know this was well worth the money. I would definitely reuse this provider and recommend.

They showed up on time, were extremely nice, personable and respectful and the most important part they did a hulluva job. Every spot I had ever seen is gone. You can tell they are very dedicated to doing a great job. I will say the carpet didn't dry as fast as I would have liked but that's most likely more related to the cold weather than anything else. Once the carpet dried though there's no residue or crusty crap that you sometimes get, no residual smell and the carpets are clean. Great job guys. I am filing this complaint against Jdog St. George due to deceptive advertising and bait-and-switch…read morepricing practices.Prior to scheduling, I explicitly communicated the layout of my home to the business, specifically mentioning that I have a large family room and an L-shaped hallway. The written documentation and quote I received clearly stated: "Each room is priced at $49, regardless of square footage. Hallways are $15 each x 2 = $30. Stairs are $49 per staircase and extra rooms are $49 each." Based on this explicit guarantee that square footage would not dictate or increase the flat room rate, I agreed to the service. However, once the technician arrived at my home, he completely contradicted the written policy. He stated that because the family room was large, my two hallways would be grouped together and billed as an entire "extra room" to adjust the cost. When I challenged this, pointing out their own rule that rooms are $49 "regardless of square footage," the technician deflected by pointing to the fine print at the bottom of the form, which reads: "all prices are estimates and confirmed on site before work starts."Promising a flat rate "regardless of square footage" to get a foot in the door, only to use an on-site confirmation clause as a loophole to charge more for large spaces, is a clear bait-and-switch tactic. A business must be held accountable for its explicit pricing statements; fine print regarding on-site confirmations should be used to verify the accuracy of the room count, not to completely invalidate a written guarantee.
