It was just before Thanksgiving and it was short notice. Josh and Sarabeth got back to us right away and made time for us. We didn't have anything to vacuum the carpet prior to their arrival but it didn't matter. They came in, vacuumed, cleaned and an added bonus, in my experience, they brushed out the carpet. It was top notch service at an affordable price. At the same time, we were looking for a cleaning service. That didn't happen. The carpet was not damp, it was wet when he finished. His walking on the wet carpet in his black soled shoes left footprints throughout my house on the tile floors. The overflow hose with dirty water and chemicals was put in one of our bushes, I hope it doesn't die. Won't use them again. My Bissell carpet cleaner does a better job and extracts my moisture than their equipment.

I chose this business because a friend had used them before and I got a decent quote. The guy showed up an hour late for both appointments. He did call and said he was going to be late but it was right when he was suppose to be there. He took a long time to "clean the carpets" and then charged me much more than my quote. The carpets did not look or smell clean at all. The next day after the carpets were dry, there is a crunchy film on the carpet and the dirt is still there. They spray the carpets down and use a machine to scrub the carpet with white towels and do not extract any dirt or water out of the carpet. You are better off to pay a little more for a reputable company that will show up on time and actually clean the carpet instead of just rubbing the dirt back into the carpet.
