We went over the rooms I wanted cleaned when he got there, and unlike other servicers, he didn't try to upsell me (which is always nice). It was just myself and him, and there was a lot of furniture I needed moved to get the job done. Boston graciously offered to help me move items (where I think many others would've waited till I did it myself). They had my carpets looking like new again and dry before the kids were home from school. I'm so grateful to know I can put off replacing my carpets a few more years. While they were here, we decided to have them clean a set of couches and an area rug as well and the results were just as impressive. The donuts were a nice touch, too.
