It was just before Thanksgiving and it was short notice. Josh and Sarabeth got back to us right away and made time for us. We didn't have anything to vacuum the carpet prior to their arrival but it didn't matter. They came in, vacuumed, cleaned and an added bonus, in my experience, they brushed out the carpet. It was top notch service at an affordable price. At the same time, we were looking for a cleaning service. It isn't what they normally do but they stepped up, gave us a price and again, top notch service. I cannot recommend True North Carpet Cleaning highly enough. Almost immediately we set up a date that worked best for us both. Bonus: I was in the process of sealing our bathroom grout as it needed a fresh coat and asked Tyler for any recommendations. He suggested that he could do it no problem! Perfect - Kill two birds with one stone! Once again, Tyler's price point (for dryer vent cleaning and grout sealer application) was far better than quotes I received from other companies.
