Extremely disappointed. I waited 9 weeks for a re-sole and I wore them for 2 weeks and all the nails have came off and they are trash now. he even charged me extra for "extra heel repair". They didn't put any effort in these. They are so backed up that the quality is so bad. Well, they are the only boot place in St. George so I guess he will just get away with it. read more

This place is great! I dropped off my Nicks Wildland firefighting boots to get new soles. Ive spent about 7 seasons on these boots and always put off a rebuild. Finally needed the rebuild and the Adams boot repair team absolutely brought them back to life! I am very thankful for their work and excited to see their craftsmanship be tested this wildfire season. read more

Once in a while one finds a place of business that exceeds it's reputation. Adam's Boot Repair is such a place. Went in for a Red Wing boot repair and found out they were a Red Wing dealer. Hard to find a Red Wing dealer in southern Utah. The repair performed on my boots was reasonable in price and of excellent workmanship and finished result. Ended up purchasing another pair of Red Wings from them. Remarkable service and very friendly staff. I highly recommend a visit to anyone who appreciates a quality product and outstanding experience. read more

I continue to be pleasantly surprised every time I use any of the services offered by Adams Boot Repair - they do so much more than boots! ;) I'm not one to write reviews, but I'm so thrilled they were able to repair an heirloom metal belt (at least 60 years old).... I'd already taken it to 3 "specialty" repair shops in Las Vegas, and no one was willing to risk working on it -- too complex, and one even advised that it would be impossible to repair.without damaging the finish. Enter Adams Boots! As I'd expected, they offered to "see what they could do" with a can-do attitude & dedication to customer service. I didn't ask for any guarantees, as I'd pretty much resigned myself to the fact that it was impossible... Lo and behold, they accepted the challenge and had it completed within a a very short time - better than new - and at a ridiculously reasonable price!! The folks there are amazing, and I highly recommend anyone in or near St George make them your go-to for ANY repairs ... They consistently go above and beyond, and always with the friendliest "neighborly" service! read more

I was hesitant to go and get my shoe repaired because the one preview sounded like it was so politically charged in the store. We went anyway cuz there really wasn't a good place to go. We were very impressed with the service! They considered my shoe an easy fix and took care of it immediately! We walked around their little shop and read all the fun little sayings! There was a Trump 2024 flag in the store but it wasn't a big deal at all! There were too many other fun things to look at. Quality of work-- excellent!! Don't let political turmoil get in your way of a much needed repair job-- life is too short! read more

I went in to get my boots repaired and they said they could not do it. Then I went to look at the boots they had and they would not stop asking me if I wanted to buy them. I told them I just looking around to see what they had. I felt like they were pushing me to buy something. Would not come here they didn't want to fix my boots read more

My new leather purse's zipper fell apart on its first use. Rather than returning the purse, I thought I'd see if I could get it repaired or replaced. They were able to get the zipper back in working order and repaired in about 15 minutes! The charge was minimal. Really impressive, honest service. Highly recommend! read more

I don't know what has happened to this business, but it's not what it used to be. I've had a great experience here in the past, but my recent experience wasn't good. I took in a shoe for a minor repair - tightening an elastic with a few stitches. I was told they were very busy and it would be 2 to 4 weeks before they could work on my shoe. Surprising for such a simple repair, but I left it. After 3 weeks, I called them because I had decided I couldn't wait for the repair - I needed the shoes for an upcoming vacation. The girl I spoke with looked up my order and said they would help me out and get it done, and to come and pick it up later that day. I went in shortly before closing time, and the same girl told me they didn't have a chance to get it done. Fortunately the guy who does the repairs was in the front area, looked at the shoe, and said he would just do it right then. He did the work, which took about 5 minutes. The work was fine and the cost was fair. My problem is that while I was waiting, another customer came in and said she had left a boot the day before for repair and was there to pick it up. Her order was done! So why did I have to wait 3 weeks, and still have to show up on their doorstep to get my job done? Both times I was in the store, the guy who does the repairs was sitting around in the front gabbing to his buddies. I can see why work is not getting done. I will find another shoe repair next time. read more

Fixing my sandal took awhile, but it was well done. Nice to be able to fix a favorite instead of throwing it away. However, it is unfortunate that I won't be back. Putting one's political views in the window in such a disrepectful manner is not appropriate. If it had been there when I dropped off my shoe, I would not have come in. There was no reason for political affiliation to enter into a business transaction. Very disappointed. It illustrates why our country is so divided right now. read more

BOOT REPAIR, AND SO MUCH MORE OK, so since I moved here three years ago I've need repairs done on my backpack, shoulder wallet, and the retractable cover in the rear hatchback area of my car, so the natural thing would be to take all three tasks to a boot repair shop, right? Well, that would be right if you take them all to Craig Adams, of Adams Boot Repair in St. George. Craig seems willing and able to tackle a wide array of unusual problems, and produces effective, lasting results, at beyond reasonable prices. Adam's went way beyond what I asked or expected. I had a small hole in the toe of a shoe. I wasn't sure what, if anything, they could do, but when I picked up the shoes the repair blended in with the fabric of the shoe. AMAZING repair. So happy. Yes, I would recommend this business. read more

Took dress boots in to have finish repaired. Guy at the counter did the bare minimum to fix the problem. Painted black color on the shoe that immediately came off when polished. Just a side not to the owner, keep your politics out of my face! read more

Wonderful service! I brought my motorcycle boots in for a small stitching repair. I knew it was supposed to rain for a few days and was totally expecting to need to leave the boots. The charming young woman at the desk took them right to the back and stitched them up in just a couple minutes. For $5 she saved me from needing to duct tape my $250 boots. I plan on shopping for some work boots at this shop too. I could not have been more pleased with the service and the friendliness I found in this shop. read more
