I came to the store to buy a suit for a wedding that I am officiating, keep in mind. I came only two days before the wedding. I was immediately greeted by Nick when I walked in and wasted no time finding out how he could help me, what I needed, and when I needed it by. After I told him that I was buying a suit for a wedding in two days, he let me know right away that potentially may not be possible, due to My sizing needs and the timeframe I needed the suit in. Despite my bad attitude in my initial response, Nick immediately got to work, measuring me and looking for anything in the store in my size. More customers started entering the store and that's when Chance came to help me while Nick assisted the other customers. Despite there being a high volume of people in the store, neither of them missed a beat with helping each person and still not leaving me hanging. They did not make me feel like a burden and constantly said stuff like, " People like you are the reason we're here." And, " We're happy to help you in anyway we can." My favorite part about the communication from the staff was that they never made empty promises, nor did they complain or give negative responses. They were determined and immediately took action to help me find everything that I needed. It was about 3 o'clock in the afternoon when I arrived. They took down my phone number and said they would call when my suit is ready. The next morning at 11 AM only one hour after the store is open they called me to let me know my suit is ready. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Avery, who apologized and let me know that their system was down. I informed her I was just there to pick up a suit that I already paid for. She immediately went to grab my suit and helped me to try it on before leaving the store to make sure it was done right. After trying on the suit, Nick and Avery both asked me if it needed any more alterations or if it fit well. Again, I felt extremely well taken care of and a warm atmosphere at this location. Despite all of the problems that we're going on outside of their control, they kept a great attitude and continued to communicate well with other customers coming in letting them know the system was down and the way around it was they could pay cash until the system was back up. Overall, I am super excited to give a five star review to them and highly recommend anybody looking to buy a suit to stop by this location. My favorite thing about Men's Wearhouse is the fact that they can alter a suit and custom tailor it to how you want it to fit and they did that for me in a very short amount of time and I am grateful. So thank you, Nick, Avery, and Chance for helping save the day and getting me what I needed.

I brought it back to return it and they would not give me a refund or even a credit to go towards a purchase. They said it's not necessarily that you don't have a receipt, It's just that we cannot take it back because it's not being returned in a new condition. I could not believe it! Not much in terms of the variety of stores, at least in comparison to some of our fancier, bigger shopping centers in California, but it is way better than some of our smaller, worse malls. I'm looking at you Puente Hills and New Park Mall (real elite ball knowledge for those who know what I'm referring to). Restrooms were easy to locate and clean enough. Looks like lots of locals and tourists passing by go here too. Not that many stores or variety, but decent enough if you want to grab a quick snack on the go (Hot Dog on a Stick, or if you want to grab some See's as a gift to someone back home if it's not as common for you there). They have a Barnes and Noble and those aren't as common anymore either. Not a place I'd ever go out of my way to visit, but for what it was, a random rest stop, it's an alright mall.

When we walked up to the door the security guard told us he locked all the doors because the mall closes at 9??? yep we knew that but it was 8.55. so still had 5 minutes before the mall was supposed to close. The security guard said he locked all the doors and despite the mall closing at 9 he refused to unlock the doors. Hate to say this but this is unacceptable and if the mall actually closes at 8.55 then say that!!!! I will be doing all my shopping online from here on out and I hope this mall goes under!!
