I will only work Service King from now on as they have shown their commitment to health, safety, and reliability. I've worked with other remediation companies in Cedar that charge you & don't use any of the equipment you paid for unless caught cutting corners. My boyfriend and I tried to hire them to empty out the condo of a deceased relative. They took down our information and then never followed up with us. No one ever answered the phone at the office, so we were forced to only leave messages. They never returned any of our messages. I finally reached a real person after a few months of not hearing back from them and that person said she couldn't find any records of our business request. So I started over from scratch. She took down all my information and said she would call me back later that day. She NEVER called me back at all. And over the next month, I left several voicemail messages for the business and no one ever called me back. We finally had to give up on them and find another company to do the condo cleanout. It was just before Thanksgiving and it was short notice. Josh and Sarabeth got back to us right away and made time for us. We didn't have anything to vacuum the carpet prior to their arrival but it didn't matter. They came in, vacuumed, cleaned and an added bonus, in my experience, they brushed out the carpet. It was top notch service at an affordable price. At the same time, we were looking for a cleaning service. It isn't what they normally do but they stepped up, gave us a price and again, top notch service. I cannot recommend True North Carpet Cleaning highly enough. I have passed along their information to our realtor and everyone else I can. They deserve every accolade I can give them. Thank you, Josh, Sarabeth and family for making our move-in a great experience.

Pioneer Flooring won't even come out to look at the flooring. They insist their warranty only covers re-gluing the lifting panels.
