Pioneer Flooring won't even come out to look at the flooring. They insist their warranty only covers re-gluing the lifting panels. If it was 2 or 3 planks I could understand but there are at least 20 planks coming up in various places throughout the house. That tells me the glue used was bad. They did very poor job on our home and they won't stand behind their work.

The largest portion is in my laundry room, and water went right under the flooring through the gaps. Months of calling/texting Brady and he has not repaired anything. He does not return calls. The substandard materials and poor workmanship left my home looking trashy. Once they take your money they disappear and do not stand by their work.

Because of scheduling, we had to make MANY phone calls back and forth (i.e. playing "phone tag"). But NONE of that deterred JOE! When I finally met him ... he had "samples" available for me ... and I chose one that day. Once again, because of scheduling, I had to CANCEL the first installation date and set another. Not to worry .... JOE was very accommodating and understanding! Carpet is installed ... and we Iove it! As others have said, "Great quality, for a great price."
