Josh communicated everything clearly and accurately each step of the way. We were having a patio poured in our backyard and the concrete had to be pumped. We have a putting green next to where the patio was being poured and they made sure the putting green was covered in plastic to make sure there was no chance of cement spilling onto the green. I am extremely happy with all aspects of the job. It was completed quicker than initially discussed, they had great respect for my time and I'm extremely happy with the quality of the work. I would highly recommend Ayalas and will use their services again in the future.

They said we were given a discount because they were going to order with another client's order, but I didn't really see any "discount" because it was so much more than our first quote. The floor looked great, but they made a mess of the baseboards (big gaps, not lined up very well) & there was a big hole in the drywall that they didn't bother to mention. Thankfully I had the house painted after the flooring, & the paint guy had the drywall and baseboards repaired. I asked if it was customary to leave leftover floor boards after a job & they said yes, they would look into seeing what happened to the leftovers & call me back. Crickets, no call. I called back a couple of weeks later & was told the same thing, he would look into it & call me back. More crickets. I tried calling back & no answer, it just rang & rang. They did not leave me even 1 extra floor board! I feel that I paid for these & am not asking for a free ride, I just want what's mine in case of any mishaps. I would not be writing this if they didn't blow me off like this.

Troy and his crew showed up on time, got the job done quickly, and somehow even managed to get the coating underneath the cabinets. Outstanding "customer service" !…read more I was in contact with JOE for several months re: carpet for our new home. Because of scheduling, we had to make MANY phone calls back and forth (i.e. playing "phone tag"). But NONE of that deterred JOE! When I finally met him ... he had "samples" available for me ... and I chose one that day. Once again, because of scheduling, I had to CANCEL the first installation date and set another. Not to worry .... JOE was very accommodating and understanding! Carpet is installed ... and we Iove it! As others have said, "Great quality, for a great price." But the great "P.R", CUSTOMER SERVICE and "KINDNESS" of JOE is the reason I've taken the time to review, and highly recommend this business.
