Pioneer Flooring won't even come out to look at the flooring. They insist their warranty only covers re-gluing the lifting panels. If it was 2 or 3 planks I could understand but there are at least 20 planks coming up in various places throughout the house. That tells me the glue used was bad. They did very poor job on our home and they won't stand behind their work.

Because of scheduling, we had to make MANY phone calls back and forth (i.e. playing "phone tag"). But NONE of that deterred JOE! When I finally met him ... he had "samples" available for me ... and I chose one that day. Once again, because of scheduling, I had to CANCEL the first installation date and set another. Not to worry .... JOE was very accommodating and understanding! Carpet is installed ... and we Iove it! As others have said, "Great quality, for a great price." But the great "P.R", CUSTOMER SERVICE and "KINDNESS" of JOE is the reason I've taken the time to review, and highly recommend this business.
