As someone else mentioned, wish I could give them zero stars. We've been working with them for over a year on an extensive remodel. They called today, after all decisions were given to their construction group weeks ago, saying they have bigger projects to take care of so try someone else. They gave a referral and will refund our money but they cannot refund our time. Until today I expected to be able to give them a good review. We had well over $100,000 worth of cabinets ordered. One review said they helped her with upper cabinets for a laundry room -- but we're too small a fish and they're throwing us back? Maybe they've gotten so big their desired revenue is exceeding their integrity???? I cannot figure this out. read more

I just had my entire new home done with Boardwalk. They are gorgeous. From the very beginning, Laura, was wonderful. She met with us and spent a great deal of time talking through our project. My home came with only lower cabinets in the laundry room, so I had these guys add uppers for me. They did a great job and it was a reasonable price. I also used them a couple of years ago for some family room builtins and a home office. I was also very happy how all of that turned out. read more

We have used Boardwalk several times this past year as we've done some remodeling to our home. We put new cabinets in our master bath, second bath and laundry room. Our salesman Danny was great to work with, very personable and helpful, with great suggestions. The cabinets turned out beautifully and installation was slick. Once finished with the bathroom remodels we decided to update the kitchen. We decided to have the cabinets painted instead of replacing them. We worked with Douglas who was amazing! His knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. Our cabinets turned out beautiful! They look brand new! This company are a deceiver. They said that the will stand by their work but they don't. I higher them to redo all the cabinets in my home. Someone from their business came to take measurements. They took 6 months to do the cabinets which I agreed. When they brought the cabinets the ones in both bathdroom were wrong. They took it back and redo them. When they brought back they were still wrong. The owner came to my home and said well instead of redoing the cabinets why we don't reshape your sealing and your wall and adjust them to the shape of the cabinets. At that point I said no. You took this job, you told me that you warrantee your job and now you want to re adjust my bathroom to fit your wrong doing cabinets. That is no warranting your work that is patching your work by asking your client to re adjust their wall for your work. I told them to get all decir work and leave. They threatening to take me to court and I told them to go right ahead. But they never did, because they new they were on the wrong. Si do not get them. Stay as far as you can from them. read more

canyon kirchen and bath hired boardwalk company to do the cabinets in my two bathrooms. they are a disaster, they can't even put an screw right. boardwalk sent a due that can't even take measurements. when the cabinets came back to my home to be install tgey were too deep, some too small, and some the wrong shape. what they want to do to fix ut is patching them. i told them that ir qas no acceptable. they took them all back to the shop. a month later they broght them back. one particular cabinet has a special shape and was still off. they suggested that the way to fix ut would be to redo the ceiling above the cabinet to cover up their mistakes and not having to remake it again. this idea was unacceptable to us. so their response was take ut or leave it. so we leave ut and webt to anither cabenitry company. i will not recomend boardwalk cabenitry or canyon kitchen and bath to anyone. watch out they are all very personable and smooth talker but tgey do bad wirk.. read more

These are really nice people with a very good product. I like how things eventually turned out. We had a small construction project on our property. The general contractor uses Boardwalk, so we went with them. After selecting the cabinets, the hardware, etc., it was a bumpy ride . First, they installed the cabinets with the wrong hardware. It took over 2 months for them to come out & make the switch. When I started moving things into the unit, I discovered they left out a peg that holds up the shelves. Later on I ordered hardware for my main kitchen; they forgot to screw in one of the handles. Then, I needed for them to add on to a space in the original project & they got the wood color wrong. I mean, these guys are nice to work with, but they can't seem to get things right the first time. They do good work! I want to make that clear. However, they wasted a lot of my time because I would have to be home for their visits, only to find out that they missed something & had to return another time. I'm on the fence as to whether or not I would work with them in the future. After all the messing around, we do have nice little cabinets & we are happy with the final results. read more
