Jay Bradley hired a 'finish carpenter that hung our doors 2" from the floor(tile floors) and the door cases were hung improperly. All doors, casing had to be removed and replaced at OUR cost. Our master cabinets were butchered by the cabinet carpenter because he did not move the plumbing according to drawn plans. We had to pay for a new cabinet box. He did not inspect doors that were delivered from Jones Paint and Glass and later we found most doors were the wrong size. Jay Bradley was given all engineering and build plans and all plans were on site, yet he refused to look at them. Jay is a poor communicator. We always paid our bills on time. I would not recommend hiring Jay Bradley of Pride Homes.

He is very busy but will show up on the day you arrange. And he gets the job done right! Two of the wooden thresholds in my home that came loose were glued in with globs of glue that had dried out! Kyle removed the glue and set in the proper base for the thresholds making them flush with the wood flooring instead of sticking up. A job well done and under estimate as well!!

Kitchen Tuneup advertised entire kitchen remodel in 2 to 5 days. Despite the 1 to 5 day advertised…read moreturnaround time period, the contract has a 3-day right of cancellation clause (ending 2 days before the latest delivery date). Presumably that is a buyer's remorse clause. They also touted an interest-free loan with Synovus Bank, a Georgia banking company under a program called GreenSky. I ordered 4 cabinet doors on 3/4/21 and opted to use their "interest free" financing. After the appointment I realized that they offered doors that perfectly matched in design to existing doors which were to remain. These had not been presented to me at the original appointment but were shown in brochures left with me at the conclusion of the initial appointment. On 3/16 when nothing had been done on the order, I modified the order to switch to these doors. I was given an appointment for installation on 4/19/21. (So much for the 2 to 5 day turnaround.). However, I was notified on 4/16/21 that there was a problem with the order and the doors would not be delivered until sometime in June. Red flags began to fly so I told them that the order should be cancelled. When I received no response, I inquired. I was told that since it was already in production, money already disbursed to them by Synovus Bank (GreenSky) could not be refunded. I contacted GreenSky who indicated they would investigate. On 4/28 I received notification that there had been an error in communications with their factory and the doors would be delivered in May (not June). I advised them that it had already been over a month past the promised 2 to 5 day turnaround advertised and I did mot believe this. Indeed, the doors were not delivered in May nor as of today, July 16, 2021, have they yet to be delivered. But, GreenSky has persisted in demanding payment citing the 3-day right of cancellation clause. Todate, despite my inquiries, Kitchen Tuneup refuses to tell me where the doors are, whether they were ever laminated and whether they were ever shipped. Not only do they refuse to reimburse the money they received, I receive invoices from Kitchen Tuneup for the balance. Needless to say, I would not recommend Kitchen Tuneup or Synovus Band and their GreenSky Program.
