(first time homeowner mistake) we called Danny to come fix this, and not only did he fix the entire valve system (in only a few hours) he repaired and replaced any other broken heads as well as sinking them into the ground (ours all stuck out very awkwardly hence why so many were broken) moved an entire sprinkler line that was placed poorly. (We only asked him to replace the valve system initially, but he offered to fix everything else) he saved us SO much time and saved my sweet dad from having to help us fix all of it ourselves. We paid our balance in full upfront, as required. Once they had our money, the level of communication and customer service changed dramatically. Messages often went unanswered, promised timelines were missed, and no one seemed concerned about keeping us informed or making things right. The installation itself was disappointing. The work was sloppy, grout was left unfinished, and our cabinetry was damaged during the installation. Despite our patience and repeated attempts to resolve these issues professionally, we are still waiting for reimbursement for the cabinet damage and for the unfinished work to be properly addressed. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability and concern for their customers. Rather than taking ownership of the problems, we felt ignored and dismissed. A company that values its reputation should stand behind its work and communicate with its customers when issues arise. We have been more than patient throughout this process, but the experience has been exhausting and disappointing. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Bedrock Quartz. If you choose to work with them, I would strongly advise not paying the full amount upfront and making sure every detail--including repairs, completion dates, and any damage responsibility--is documented in writing before the work begins.
