I can't be more impressed with Mike at Circle T. I appreciate most the fact that he communicates…read moreand actually does what he says he's going to do. Unlike most contractors, Mike says he'll be there the next day... and he actually shows up. AND he was there everyday until the job was done. Mike textured our garage ceiling and walls and I am very happy with his work. He didn't cut any corners just because it was a garage. It's obvious he takes pride in his work. He's very honest and said I could call him if I had any problems. The whole experience was positive from start to finish.

Talked with the estimator, Jeff, and he was not very nice. Blamed not coming to do the estimate on me, for not calling the office to reconfirm, which he didn't mention in the message I should do. After a less than friendly interaction with him, and being told I was difficult, I told Jeff that I would no longer need an estimate from AllPro Painters. I guess they can afford to lose "difficult" potential customers.

I scheduled…read morewith Josh to start on December 9 2024, he said they would take down light fixtures, towel bars and door hinges and fix any holes smaller then a quarter. I emailed Josh on December 5th to find out what time we needed to meet the painters on 12/9/2024, no response. I called Josh 12/6/2024 and left a message, no response. Sunday 12/8/2024 i decided to text Josh, he responded 3 hours later he said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before they could start. I told him that the painting had to be done by 12/16/24 that we have carpet being installed. Josh said they would reach out to me tomorrow (12/9/24). They called and said they would start on Tuesday. The painters arrived on Tuesday to start. They finished on Saturday, they said to put blue tape on what needed to be fixed. There was not enough blue tape to fix the issues! They did not patch any holes and did not do any of the things I was told would be done. They said they had covered the lights before they filled holes and did not see them. We scheduled for them to come back on 12/23/24 to fix holes and do touch ups. On Monday the 23rd they came to fix the issues, they did not cover our brand new carpet or flooring. I was asking why the flooring was not covered, they did not speak English. I had paint on the carpet and flooring, at this point I am so pissed. They did not know the difference between semigloss and high gloss paint. They then rolled the area's that had to be fixed. In the end this is not a professional paint job. I will not recommend them.
