We live in Washington fields with clay beds and drainage issues. We decided to do a complete redo with our back yard. After his finishing, we are having drainage issues that are worse then when he started. I just engaged with a sprinkler repair service for $360 to start the process of balancing the yard. This is 8 to 9 weeks from the completion of the yard. To succeed you need to do quality work, with quality communication, and quality follow up post the sale. They were supposed to winterize the drip system and told me they had done it. Come spring the backflow had to be replaced because they never winterized it. Then it was rebuilt by Anthony. The backflow was never tightened up and leaked everywhere when it was turned on. They came back and fixed the backflow but never turned the water back on. So the whole season nothing was getting water. Every time I asked if everything was working and getting water I was told yes. So when I finally took it upon myself to check for myself, I discovered they never turned the water back on after fixing the backflow for the second time. So the whole spring and summer they lied to me about the plants getting water. So I'm working up a case with the Registrar of Contractors office.
