LVP was installed in my new home by Potter and Son's in 2023. The flooring started to lift off of…read morethe floor about 4-5 months after we moved in. It took another 6-months for the owner to come look at the issues with the flooring. In that 6 month time frame I had the hardest times getting him to answer my phone calls or texts. He no showed or canceled on me a hand full of times when appointments were made for him to come and look at the flooring. Once he agreed to do the warranty work, he did follow through and started the tear out and install of my new floors. However, he cut corners, and his work was poorly done. He left a continuous mess in my garage and home, and it took him much longer than he told us it would take. He would not communicate with me and rarely responded to my phone calls or texts when I tried to communicate. We ended up firing him and the job was never finished by him. It really was a complete nightmare working with this company.
