Sooo, I remove the pane, and drive the 30 miles to Cedar. Went to another glass place on Main, and I stood around the lobby for about 10 minutes before somebody came out to help me. They had a definite " you ain't from around here" attitude, wanted $130 to fix the window, and were "to busy" to "maybe" fix it that day. so I left. Found Jones Glass & Paint on Google, and was immediately greeted like they were happy to see me, fixed the window in an hour, and only charged me $75. I also discovered that they sell Dunn Edwards paint! I used to have to bring it with me, as it wasn't available in Cedar City. It is the most durable and easy to apply paint I have found- lasts 8- 10 years on the outside wood siding on my cabin! What more can I say? Excellent service, great products, and fair prices. 5 stars for sure.

This is fine, but Gabe never came out and looked at the final product and approximately 15 months later I noticed 2 areas where the siding was not overlapped in the front of our house. I called Gabe, at first he said we're busy, if you can have some patience I'll get someone out there to look at it. 3 weeks later I contacted him again and he said it's been too long and I am not sending anyone out. I realize it was 15 months later, but siding isn't something that can go wrong over time, it wasn't installed properly to begin with. He knows the crew he sent wasn't very experienced, for this reason he should of sent someone to look at this and fix it.

We hired Mike Adamson years ago to paint the exterior of our home. He gave us a bid, We agreed to…read morethe price, we gave him 1/2 the contracted amount to start and his crew showed up with paint and equipment, and started masking our home. The crew started complaining about the height of the home and that they were unable to reach the gable peaks because of the height. They began asking him over the phone to bring scaffolding, they masked all they could reach with ladders and left. He kept assuring us that the crew would be back and not to worry. The masking tape ended up baking onto our eves and windows making a total mess. Mike found out the crew left his paint sprayer in our garage and he came back when we weren't home, entered our garage, and gathered up his equipment. After he got his equipment back he never returned our calls. We tried chasing him down to take him to small claims to get our money back but we could never find him to serve papers. If your reading this Mike I have not forgotten about the couple thousand you owe me! Yes that house in beaver utah that you skipped out on! Apparently he's a "general contractor" now and building homes in the cedar city area, I would advise anybody thinking of hiring him to ask around about his reputation.
