I…read moreset up an appointment via a local service with BTC and got a same day call from owner asking to come by that day. He did. The next day I got two estimates: one for the trees separately and one for all three removed in one day. The estimates were fair and in line with earlier tree removals I had done. BTC removed the trees, stumps, and large roots in a single day, cleaned up the debris, and hauled everything away. All in all excellent work in a timely manner. BTW: BTC is a professional Arborist and can do more for trees, etc than just remove them. I am very happy with work and price.

We used Black Diamond a few years back and was impressed by Tyler's work and attention to detail so I asked if he would be willing to clean our dryer vent once again. Almost immediately we set up a date that worked best for us both. Bonus: I was in the process of sealing our bathroom grout as it needed a fresh coat and asked Tyler for any recommendations. He suggested that he could do it no problem! Perfect - Kill two birds with one stone! Once again, Tyler's price point (for dryer vent cleaning and grout sealer application) was far better than quotes I received from other companies. He arrived promptly and diligently executed both jobs in a very sanitary method, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. After he was finished, he cleaned up both areas very well. We will definitely use Black Diamond in the future!! Mahalo Tyler!
