His sales pitch said his product should last 10 years. It looked great for a few years and then started to show cracks in 2024 and has deteriorated ever since. I contacted Mike Stella and he came out and said he would send his team to repair the cracks. One text after another, lead to nowhere. I have a full year of texts, giving his promise to repair his work. He provided a written ten-year warranty stating, "That if the Urethane Coating fails to perform M&M Services, LLC will repair, or at their option, replace the coating, free of charge". Its been 14 months and still waiting. M&M gives a great sales pitch but does not honor their warranty. If you notice he always calls anyone complaining about him is a liar. That shows what he is really about. Think really hard about hiring him.

Three calls and two emails later, and not a peep out of him. I hit the phone book and called a local guy. Two messages and not a peep. So I called a guy I used for other work and asked for a referral. He put me in touch with his father-in-law who did the local WalMart, and other big projects. He assured me he also did smaller jobs. Two messages and not a peep. What's with these people? Doesn't anybody want to work? Then, I glanced out my window and saw a truck pulling away from a neighbor's house having disgorged a load of cinder blocks. I ran from the front door, flailing my arms, stopping him before he could escape. I think I looked a little desperate. Bottom line, I learned that Bob Davis has many years of experience on new and occupied homes, and had done recent work for several neighbors. He scoped and measured my project, and within two hours he emailed a formal bid, which I quickly accepted, as it compared favorably with the cost of the other work 18 months ago. Bonus ... he could start the next day around noon! He and his crew showed up and started, and in just 48 hours had mixed and poured a small foundation, removed a metal gate, filled in that gap with masonry, raised two walls two and three courses respectively, and done an amazing job of cleanup when they finished. Their work was top quality, with everything flush and plumb, with all step-downs and corners beautifully finished. Bob is a very personable guy, he does top grade work, and his crewmen deliver the same quality (even when he has to run for supplies). Seeing the activity at my place, my next door neighbors also used Bob on a project in conjunction with mine, and they have him looking at a bigger project in the near future. An experienced contractor and dozen sub-contractors recently finished building our home. We were on site 7 days a week dealing with them. I can tell you, none of them rose to Nate's level of organization, people skills and integrity. Nate is a master planner and schedules labor and materials where it all flows like clockwork. I watched all this with delight. He keeps his word and job was completed on time and within budget. Then there's his communication skills. Top notch ! We very much appreciated the fact that calls and texts were promptly returned, he kept us informed as project progressed, etc. Concrete came in as planned, rebar at job site and pre-cut day before, blocks all laid out ready to go, bags of mortal, mixer, and tools. The others could learn from this young man. It helps that Red Hill comes to the job site with all the right tools. During my home's construction, getting by with old equipment on their last legs was a big problem. Nate takes pride in his company's equipment, and it shows. As to the crew, skilled and great to interact with. Courteous and mindful of us and neighbors especially during very early morning hours preparing for concrete that morning.
