An experienced contractor and dozen sub-contractors recently finished building our home. We were on site 7 days a week dealing with them. I can tell you, none of them rose to Nate's level of organization, people skills and integrity. Nate is a master planner and schedules labor and materials where it all flows like clockwork. I watched all this with delight. He keeps his word and job was completed on time and within budget. Then there's his communication skills. Top notch ! We very much appreciated the fact that calls and texts were promptly returned, he kept us informed as project progressed, etc. Concrete came in as planned, rebar at job site and pre-cut day before, blocks all laid out ready to go, bags of mortal, mixer, and tools. The others could learn from this young man. It helps that Red Hill comes to the job site with all the right tools. During my home's construction, getting by with old equipment on their last legs was a big problem. Nate takes pride in his company's equipment, and it shows. As to the crew, skilled and great to interact with. Courteous and mindful of us and neighbors especially during very early morning hours preparing for concrete that morning. Many others, we experienced during our home build, talk very loud, shout at each other, play loud music, etc. We appreciated their courtesy as well as their masonry skills. They also repaired out gravel that let weeds take over our yard. It has been several months since they performed their most compete yard care and no more weeds. They were extremely reasonable in their rate and guaranteed that if any problems occurred to contact them immediately and they would stand behind their work. Again they were the only one who responded to our request for landscaping service (one company did give us a date and time and never showed up or called us). I would highly recommend their service.
