He was so informative, patient, honest, and truly cared about making sure we understood every step of the process. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in what he does. We had 5 estimates and so glad we went with JJ! We have 3 cars and only way to the front door was walking up the driveway- we needed a pathway to the door. He took our idea of simple, clean and functional and turned it into reality! The entire project was scheduled quickly, and I honestly could not believe they completed everything in just 3 days! It's been the same dirt lot since the house was built over a decade ago. We finally decided to get it done so our new dog could have a nice place to play, especially during the summers, where we can control the heat levels. JJ and associate came out quickly and made me feel really comfortable. There was no weird upselling (I wanted something really plain) and no fear mongering. I could tell immediately that we were going to go with Rock N Block so I cancelled my other appointment with a different company and put my deposit down right away. Within hours, JJ had the plans to me and I got the HOA paperwork started. Once that was done, I was scheduled immediately to have my yard worked on. The day of, the workers came, did a final measurement and got to work. It took 3 days but it came out exactly like I was promised and had envisioned myself. The workers were extremely friendly and self contained. They were responsible and trustworthy. They were also very concerned with my happiness. They asked me if things were looking good quite a few times. They literally made my yard perfect. I'm still looking for imperfections and cannot find them. If there were any complaints, the communication could be more but to be honest, they give information and don't feel the need to consistently remind you, which is also good. We did have a small hiccup where the workers didn't know they had to install a few other things but JJ made it right immediately and I can only be happy about that. I'd rather have the problem be solved immediately then get a phone call being told it would be done, although I can see how some people would want both. Pricing was fair in my opinion. I was told it should have been less expensive but I don't think so. The job is immaculate and the items are gorgeous with great quality. The craftsmanship means a lot to me and I would pay for it again. I wish I took some before pictures but I completely forgot to. Imagine a literal nothing of a yard. Now, it's gorgeous and I can't wait to accessorize!

Greg and his crew were the least helpful landscapers I've dealt with. Since they were the original…read moresubcontractors before we bought the house, I assumed Greg would be willing to assist with our yard. However, getting him to even look at the work was a struggle. After multiple calls and texts, he finally showed up but refused to commit to any timelines and eventually stopped responding altogether. On top of that, many of my neighbors in the Crescent Hills community frequently complain about his work, citing poor quality and unreliable service. I ended up hiring Kyle at KTS Improvements instead and highly recommend you do the same. Greg overpromises but doesn't deliver--his work is subpar, and his customer service is terrible. Answering calls and following through shouldn't be that hard.

The yard we have is a challenge and we told him what we would like and he also suggested some items. He stated that he would measure the yard and contact me with a quote. Did not hear from Greg and tried to call. Only got the voice mail. Tried to text but no reply. All of this was in August and still have not heard anything. I believe Greg did not want the business so no contact from him. Not a good for customer relations I would think. I Definitely would not use Cedar Creek Landscaping.

Another job in town took them longer than planned, so ours took an extra part day, but they came back, no issues and finished up. I've scheduled a return date to do weeds again in a couple months. I recommend this company for landscaping for Page, AZ and surrounding areas.
