Don't bother. They are clearly stretched too thin and can't get or maybe keep good help. Every…read moretime someone comes, it's a different crew so there is no consistency. If you asked me to review this company's lawn care service a year ago, I'd have a good review. I can no longer do that. This year there has been a complete turn around. They used to mow over my lawn twice, looked for and treated or removed weeds, walked around the property carefully afterwards to ensure everything was done. The past 10 months, this has not been the case. They jump out of the truck. Trim. Mow. Blow off front sidewalk and are gone. I recently asked to have the many weeds in my yard--especially the side and back yards--taken care of. Nothing. I asked the workers about it. They admitted they were told about my concern. Got out a tool, dug up 2 dandelions in the front yard that I pointed out...then left. You'll pay top dollar for this service and they don't want to be bothered with any requests outside their schedule. In addition, there is no communication about what you want done in the yard. I had a beautiful bush in the yard that grew from a tree that had to be cut down. Instead of trimming it in the Fall, they chopped it down to the stump. It never came back. My neighbor had a tree that was struggling. She was nursing and babying it trying to bring back. She told me they did that to her tree too...chopped it down to the ground. All her work was for nothing. I contacted them in an effort to express my concerns of late. The response I received said, "it sounds like you want to cancel your service. I'll take care of that immediately." Seriously? That's their customer service strategy!!

Since they were the original…read moresubcontractors before we bought the house, I assumed Greg would be willing to assist with our yard. However, getting him to even look at the work was a struggle. After multiple calls and texts, he finally showed up but refused to commit to any timelines and eventually stopped responding altogether. On top of that, many of my neighbors in the Crescent Hills community frequently complain about his work, citing poor quality and unreliable service. I ended up hiring Kyle at KTS Improvements instead and highly recommend you do the same. Greg overpromises but doesn't deliver--his work is subpar, and his customer service is terrible. Answering calls and following through shouldn't be that hard.

The yard we have is a challenge and we told him what we would like and he also suggested some items. He stated that he would measure the yard and contact me with a quote. Did not hear from Greg and tried to call. Only got the voice mail. Tried to text but no reply. All of this was in August and still have not heard anything. I believe Greg did not want the business so no contact from him. Not a good for customer relations I would think. I Definitely would not use Cedar Creek Landscaping.

I'd been struggling with this irrigation system since I moved in to this house and finally I'd had…read moreenough when the backyard sprinklers just stopped worked for no logical reason. Jeff came out and quickly assessed the illogical mess that was my valves and stations. I honestly have no idea why it was installed the way it was. Station two shared a valve that watered half the front yard and the entire back yard. There was a valve between the main valve and the backyard sprinklers that was unmarked and next to impossible to find without digging up the entire yard and landscaping. I'd always hated how that valve/station was split to begin with so I asked if we could separate the backyard off onto it's own valve and station and Jeff made it happen while also bypassing wherever the mystery valve was hiding so it would no longer be a problem. He also replaced all of my old valves with a modular system that allows easier valve replacement and the option to add more valves/stations in the future. The parts of the landscaping that did have to be moved aside and dug up for the new parts were carefully worked with and put back so it looks the same as before even with the additions. Before finishing the job he also replaced a sprinkler head that was damaged and calibrated all of the sprinkler heads for optimal coverage. We are very pleased with the work done and would recommend Cedar Lawn Care to our friends and neighbors having yard and sprinkler issues.

They weren't cheap, but I was assuming that by having them handle everything, they'd coordinate and make it all work. That was a poor assumption. The biggest issue was that the sprinklers didn't work. I told them this. They noted it in their assessment. But they still did several expensive lawn treatments that required watering afterward, and they still needed to fix the sprinklers. When they finally sent someone, they claimed it was all good; however I went and visited the property and while they did replace a part that was broken, the majority of the sprinkler system still did not work - running a simple test would have confirmed this. I wrote them an email describing my dissatisfaction. I asked that after they fixed the sprinklers they repeat the previous treatment at no cost (they never addressed that comment). They scheduled another sprinkler repair visit, but in the meantime did another - different - expensive lawn treatment. After the second sprinkler visit, the sprinklers are still not 100%. If all you need is a mowing etc., sure use them if you want to pay on the high side. I wasted a lot of money with them. Hopefully, you don't do the same.
