Everything Exterior is great! They hang our Christmas lights every year. We had a few light bulbs burn out. A young man was at our house within a couple hours to replace the bulbs. I was told not to hesitate contacting them if anything else arises with the lights. Wonderful customer service! read more

Don't bother. They are clearly stretched too thin and can't get or maybe keep good help. Every time someone comes, it's a different crew so there is no consistency. If you asked me to review this company's lawn care service a year ago, I'd have a good review. I can no longer do that. This year there has been a complete turn around. They used to mow over my lawn twice, looked for and treated or removed weeds, walked around the property carefully afterwards to ensure everything was done. The past 10 months, this has not been the case. They jump out of the truck. Trim. Mow. Blow off front sidewalk and are gone. I recently asked to have the many weeds in my yard--especially the side and back yards--taken care of. Nothing. I asked the workers about it. They admitted they were told about my concern. Got out a tool, dug up 2 dandelions in the front yard that I pointed out...then left. You'll pay top dollar for this service and they don't want to be bothered with any requests outside their schedule. In addition, there is no communication about what you want done in the yard. I had a beautiful bush in the yard that grew from a tree that had to be cut down. Instead of trimming it in the Fall, they chopped it down to the stump. It never came back. My neighbor had a tree that was struggling. She was nursing and babying it trying to bring back. She told me they did that to her tree too...chopped it down to the ground. All her work was for nothing. I contacted them in an effort to express my concerns of late. The response I received said, "it sounds like you want to cancel your service. I'll take care of that immediately." Seriously? That's their customer service strategy!! read more

We signed up with Everything Exterior for their weekly service over 2 years ago. We were billed monthly and always paid our bill. We are now moving out of state so we called to cancel the service. We immediately saw that our credit card was dinged an additional $210.00. When we called to inquire about the extra charge we were told that we had been charged a discounted rate. Upon terminating the service we became liable for the discount. They said the terms were outlined in small print at the bottom of the page we signed at the time we initiated the service. I believe this charge is illegal. read more

First, I want to start off by saying that the first couple of months we were very satisfied with their service! I didn't mind paying the high rates for good work. They would even have the boss come and make sure they were doing the work. Then as time went on it was getting very sloppy and would spend not even 5 minutes to mow the front and back. Not taking pride in the work. Then there is the billing!!! What a freaking joke! They are months late on billing then want to charge you for months in 1 transaction!! No communication whatsoever! You can't talk to anyone! E-mails take days to get answered. When you finally cancel service because of all the things I listed above, they turn around and tack on an extra fee called "ESCROW" charges where that is not listed anywhere on the contract/agreement you signed! Horrible, Horrible business if you ask me! I am disputing these charges as I type this review! Unacceptable! I come with receipts! Brent - I have 6 people in my house while you guys are mowing my yard. They're not there long enough for us to make contact with your employees. What happened to getting quality checks after the work was done, that stopped? I had no problems paying for the services, I've been with you guys for over a year, and I stuck by you guys because at first the work was great, but now its more about quantity then quality. You can't charge people an "ESCROW" fee for canceling if there is no such thing on your contract. It's very deceitful and dishonest. read more

We have been using Everything Exterior for several years and highly recommend them. They take care of my landscape and window washing. Very knowledgeable and professional. They are quick to respond and the rates are fair and easy to budget for. Can't imagine using anyone else. We have referred several neighbors and they are very happy with the service. read more

This company charges ridiculously high rates for subpar work. I recorded the time they took to complete landscaping and it averaged 4 minutes. They charges $71.00 to complete 16 minutes of work per month. They completeld services after the winter snow and charged $700!! I asked if we could change the weekly visits to 1 per month and they was informed that the charges would be the same no matter how many times the came. This company takes advantage of people. ZERO STARS!! read more

There are 2 things in life that are worth paying for. First is professional movers, they are worth every penny. Second is Christmas light installers, which is the service I employed Everything Exterior for. The staff was polite and they sent me a quote the same day I made the request. The process was easy and the lights were beautiful. I was home when they installed and removed the lights and didn't hear a thing. Highly recommended! read more

Maybe don't start mowing and weed waiting at 0630 in the morning. Waking the neighbors up that early isn't exactly a good thing.

Brent is very confrontational and will lie to be seen as right. They treat there staff very poorly from what I have heard. I do not recommend this company. read more

Very disappointed on how they treat Employees. They will take money out of your paycheck any chance they get. My last paycheck they took out over 350$. read more

Window washing was excellent - both inside and out. Lawn service - indescribable! After several times trying to repair my sprinkler system, by several different of their service people, I asked them to not touch system. Lawns had already been neglected to the point of being exceedingly dry after many days (weeks?) of no water. They told me finally after my calling several times, I needed a new meter box. It was a lot more than that. I had to call another service for complete repair after EE blotched. (More money!) On their initial clean up of property , they claimed service. I called company, inquiring, and, they had something written in computer documenting service. When company came again, I asked for verification. No clean up, etc. evidently company went to wrong address! I did not appreciate company not following up immediately. They finally came on the last day of the month for billing purposes is my guess. Everything Exterior is very Expensive!! And, They do not arrive as scheduled even allowing extra time. At this point I am very wary of any professional lawn service! Just me! Lynne Olson read more

The customer service, here, needs much improvement. I would not recommend this business. I have used them for years, but this year they said they would not offer their services and they were quite rude about it. read more

Did my windows today. Great job. Windows look amazing. Clean, quick, polite. They have done my windows for about 2 years now -- absolutely no complaints. read more

They don't do a very good job at what they do. They also charge you twice in the sameday for thr samething.

They also take photos of your yard even if you cancel the contract with them and they kinda make your yard look like crap where you have to go back out there and do it yourself read more

The team at Everything Exterior is awesome! We've been on a regular schedule with them for window cleaning for several years now. They do a wonderful job, they are really friendly, and their prices are great. There have been several occasions where they have gone above and beyond to take care of us, and I appreciate their attention to detail. I have also had them aerate and thatch our lawn. They did a great job and the price was affordable. I highly recommend Everything Exterior. Love seeing the green shirts around town! read more
