Pioneer Flooring won't even come out to look at the flooring. They insist their warranty only covers re-gluing the lifting panels. If it was 2 or 3 planks I could understand but there are at least 20 planks coming up in various places throughout the house. That tells me the glue used was bad. They did very poor job on our home and they won't stand behind their work.

Sooo, I remove the pane, and drive the 30 miles to Cedar. Went to another glass place on Main, and I stood around the lobby for about 10 minutes before somebody came out to help me. They had a definite " you ain't from around here" attitude, wanted $130 to fix the window, and were "to busy" to "maybe" fix it that day. so I left. Found Jones Glass & Paint on Google, and was immediately greeted like they were happy to see me, fixed the window in an hour, and only charged me $75. I also discovered that they sell Dunn Edwards paint! I used to have to bring it with me, as it wasn't available in Cedar City. It is the most durable and easy to apply paint I have found- lasts 8- 10 years on the outside wood siding on my cabin! What more can I say? Excellent service, great products, and fair prices. 5 stars for sure.

She told me they had a few off-cuts and I could have one free of charge. I went there to pick one up and saw that the one I wanted had rough, sharp edges. I offered to pay them to clean up that edge and trim the piece a bit and they did it for free. I was not able to get them to take my money for this material and their labor. I can't imagine that any bad reviews here are valid. I've never been treated so nicely by a company who didn't make a penny off me. Melissa was so kind and courteous to me it was as if I were a customer paying for an expensive custom job. The guys in the shop were also very helpful. I've waited my whole adult life for granite countertops. The remodel on my home that was finished…read moreafter I lost my husband gave me that opportunity. We had picked out the idea for our countertops before he passed, so I knew what I was looking for. I found such a stone pattern at Granite Connection. I was told it was a very popular pattern. Once it was installed, I noticed the largest piece of the main counter, that fed into the waterfall, had what looked like water stains. I called. Someone came out...twice. The gentleman, one of the owners, tried a series of things to remedy the problem. He admitted there was a flaw...that it looked like something was on the stone when it was sealed. He was going to have his partner come look at it. That didn't happen. He came back again and said it would do more damage than good for him to sand it down to get to those stains. He claimed he wanted me to be happy. I was nervous about tearing off the countertops that were just placed on brand new custom cabinets! AND I was told the granite I had installed was no longer carried there. (Clearly I got the last piece...the garbage piece no one wanted) When I approached the owner about perhaps discounting the job to save my cabinets...and since they no longer carried my choice..., he was a complete and total "jerk". Left me in tears and now with $10,000 granite countertops that I try to hide. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
