I brought in my pieces today and Joe greeted me at the counter and we worked the problem until the solution was found. It took several different stops in several different locations, but, Joe helped me piece it all together, got me the teflon tape I needed to be safe and after I brought it all home, my grill is finally working! Thank you Joe and the entire team over at Ace Hardware! You guys and gals are absolutely AWESOME! And even though the prices are higher than other places, the service MORE than makes up for it!

We had picked out the idea for our countertops before he passed, so I knew what I was looking for. I found such a stone pattern at Granite Connection. I was told it was a very popular pattern. Once it was installed, I noticed the largest piece of the main counter, that fed into the waterfall, had what looked like water stains. I called. Someone came out...twice. The gentleman, one of the owners, tried a series of things to remedy the problem. He admitted there was a flaw...that it looked like something was on the stone when it was sealed. He was going to have his partner come look at it. That didn't happen. He came back again and said it would do more damage than good for him to sand it down to get to those stains. He claimed he wanted me to be happy. I was nervous about tearing off the countertops that were just placed on brand new custom cabinets! AND I was told the granite I had installed was no longer carried there. (Clearly I got the last piece...the garbage piece no one wanted) When I approached the owner about perhaps discounting the job to save my cabinets...and since they no longer carried my choice..., he was a complete and total "jerk". Left me in tears and now with $10,000 granite countertops that I try to hide. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
