I contacted him after a couple of tries and he claimed a family emergency. Okay, things happen. Oh, he was to bring my contract to sign on the Monday after I give the deposit. No Show! Wait and wait, still no contact. I attempted several more times, no response. Now I'm getting frustrated and worried about our job and deposit. I've given Ryan Duncan plenty of opportunity to contact me. I'm talking early May til mid June. Now I do a google search of Ryan Duncan St. George and you should too!
