We signed up with Everything Exterior for their weekly service over 2 years ago. We were billed…read moremonthly and always paid our bill. We are now moving out of state so we called to cancel the service. We immediately saw that our credit card was dinged an additional $210.00. When we called to inquire about the extra charge we were told that we had been charged a discounted rate. Upon terminating the service we became liable for the discount. They said the terms were outlined in small print at the bottom of the page we signed at the time we initiated the service. I believe this charge is illegal.

They would even have the boss come and make sure they were doing the work. Then as time went on it was getting very sloppy and would spend not even 5 minutes to mow the front and back. Not taking pride in the work. Then there is the billing!!! What a freaking joke! They are months late on billing then want to charge you for months in 1 transaction!! No communication whatsoever! You can't talk to anyone! E-mails take days to get answered. When you finally cancel service because of all the things I listed above, they turn around and tack on an extra fee called "ESCROW" charges where that is not listed anywhere on the contract/agreement you signed! Horrible, Horrible business if you ask me! I am disputing these charges as I type this review! Unacceptable! I come with receipts! Brent - I have 6 people in my house while you guys are mowing my yard. They're not there long enough for us to make contact with your employees. What happened to getting quality checks after the work was done, that stopped? I had no problems paying for the services, I've been with you guys for over a year, and I stuck by you guys because at first the work was great, but now its more about quantity then quality. You can't charge people an "ESCROW" fee for canceling if there is no such thing on your contract. It's very deceitful and dishonest.
