Well they haven't met Phil! I cannot believe how fast he was ... and accurate and ... professional. My goal was to have it look good from the outside of the window as well. From just a few texts, (and never coming over), he researched and sent me 4 options, in order of cost! He even considered permancy options should we move and want the least amount of wall damage and ease in taking with us. I have used many handyman services in this area and Phil is, by far, the best I've seen! With a hubby who travels a lot, Phil is such a blessing for me to keep the household needs taken care of and running smoothly.

Since installation, they have been nonexistent and now I know why. When I called, they could not open up my contract and when I stated to them certain things that were told to me by the installer/sales people, there appeared to be permanent amnesia about promises made. I guess if you just shut down part of your business, you have no responsibility to your customers ever again. They clearly shut down that part of the business and you are on your own.. I guess $30,000 doesn't get you even a notification or any customer service. I felt sick to my stomach after speaking to that individual as she was not overly rude, but it was clear that she was irritated that I was seeking answers or some type of response to why I'm getting $400 bills in August, yet our power usage has not changed at all... Not even any offer to assist or check things out. I quickly ended the call as I realize that they really don't care. You took over $30,000 and now I've still got big bills coming in what a waste of money-I thought this might happen, and I was assured that hedgehog would be around for decades to come just another solar lie.

He refused to send anyone out because my dad questioned them about the quote of $575.00 install fee, over the phone before they came out, and THEN he added that because my dad questioned the price which was more than what was paid for the fans-that he wasn't going to send anyone out! So much for taking care of your customers. They are rude. Idiots and I do believe they charge too much. I only give one star because that's the lowest I could give them.

The floor looked great, but they made a mess of the baseboards (big gaps, not lined up very well) & there was a big hole in the drywall that they didn't bother to mention. Thankfully I had the house painted after the flooring, & the paint guy had the drywall and baseboards repaired. I asked if it was customary to leave leftover floor boards after a job & they said yes, they would look into seeing what happened to the leftovers & call me back. Crickets, no call. I called back a couple of weeks later & was told the same thing, he would look into it & call me back. More crickets. I tried calling back & no answer, it just rang & rang. They did not leave me even 1 extra floor board! I feel that I paid for these & am not asking for a free ride, I just want what's mine in case of any mishaps. I would not be writing this if they didn't blow me off like this.
