Terrible customer service! We bought their lighting system. When it works, it's fine but if you have a problem you're pretty much out of luck. I suggest using a different company for a permanent lighting system. read more

Purchased EverLights a year ago and had them installed by Everlights. It's the worst purchase of my lifetime and i'm 62. They worked for the first Christmas and that's about it. they either didn't work or had something wrong with them for pretty much the entire year. Currently, I put a complaint in over two months ago and I've only had one missed call from them since. They ghosted you once they get your money and you're a few months in. read more

Too bad I am unable to leave 0 stars. This is the worst investment I have ever made. Spent over $10,000 on lights approximately 1 1/2 years ago - they have been broken more than they have ever worked. Customer service does NOT EXIST. Once again I have been waiting for over 2 months for a service call and all I am told is they have limited help and I am in line for service or they are restructuring as most of their employees have been injured or quit. Yet they are continuing to install lights on new homes. They stated the last time they fixed my lights that they would extend my warranty. I asked for this is writing several times and never received it. But then again - the warranty is worthless if they do not honor it or return my calls. They don't care about the clients they have. Do your research - Don't just read the positive reviews that they show on their website. Its false. read more

I have had my EverLights for 3+ years. I had several problems in the beginning that were very frustrating but the company eventually came through with a rockstar technician and a fix and they have worked ever since. We have them around our entire home and they light up the entire yard! Being able to adjust them for every holiday is awesome! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for exterior colored lighting for their home. read more

Our Everlights worked well for a year and then they worked sporadically, some lights would come on sometimes random lights. The company (Everlights) came out 1 time about 14 month's in and said there were connections on the roof that were not working so they fixed them the lights came on at there next scheduled interval and then same problems returned. Through multiple calls/txts they would tell me go out and unplug them and unplug the modem all of which we tried to no avail. They had me send a picture of the transformer and denied it was theirs and then came back and said it was old equipment, when we had it installed 2 1/2 years prior. I have recently reached out many more times and they won't even return my calls. These were expensive lights and we have no problem with paying for service but they are so ridiculous that they won't even respond. We have contacted a competitor in hopes that we can just replace what is not working and also an electrician since Everlights won't get back with us at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are fast to get your money and absolutely no customer service whatsoever when things go wrong. You can alway tell a good company from a bad one by their customer service and this place is the worst I have dealt with in 20 years. read more
