My wife was able to arrange, decorate, select and envision her bouquet over the phone, and email from Texas. Additionally, we appreciate the flexibility as just a couple of days before the ceremony we wanted to add some additional colors and get the boutonniere for myself. The flower shop is nicely decorated and the staff is attentive and knowledgeable. We stopped by the day before to see the bouquet, we loved it, made minor adjustments and it was ready on the big day. The store provides you with a cooler to transport the flowers until you get to your destination. I wish the coolers were disposable, as we didn't plan on having to go back to the shop to return the cooler the next day. Overall, this is the go to place for flowers if you are doing a wedding, elopement, baby shower, you name it. read more

I did a destination wedding to Zion (from San Diego) and worked with Bloomers as our florist. Kathy at Bloomers was soooo incredibly helpful, sweet, accommodating and also worked within our budget. She stated in communication with us and met with us a few days prior to the wedding to make sure everything was what we expected and wanted. The flowers were stunning and just how I pictured. They even lasted in the 100 degree heat wave that we had and they even lasted the 9 hour car ride home! not impressed with this shop. they create beautiful things but when i went in to buy some last minute cut flowers for my sisters wedding cake and bouquet, a lot of the roses were totally blown and dying in the fridge. the girls were not friendly at all. they acted like i was a total nuisance and wouldn't even let me pick my own flowers from the fridge or examine them. from a florist to a florist, they should understand what it's like to buy flowers and how important it is to be able to pick the ones you want. when i worked at a flower shop, everyone coming in was always so excited for their event, or to surprise someone with flowers. try not to squish all the fun and love with your bad attitudes, okay bloomers? read more

I don't live in the area so I relied solely on the florists' interpretations of what I was going for and blindly ordered an arrangement. Based on the picture of the arrangement that was sent to me by the recipient, I would have given this review a 5 star rating. However, three stars for two problems. They delivered the flowers two days earlier than my requested delivery day. Better early than late or never, yes, but didn't have the same effect for the recipient. The background noise in the store was pretty loud over the phone. After repeating myself multiple times, spelling out the name as well as giving a simile to help her understand the name, they still got it wrong on the card. read more

I was in a real pickle. I forgot to order flowers Friday for a Monday morning 11 am funeral and I was in Salt Lake and the funeral was in St George. We ordered the flowers after 9 am and they had the arrangement ready for pickup at 10:30 am. Two other florists would not even entertain the possibility. So I give them 5 stars for their excellent customer service. Then I arranged with my cousin to pick up the arrangement and drop it at the funeral home but he forgot to get the receipt. So I called them and they immediately emailed me the receipt. The gal who helped me on the phone was incredibly up-beat and positive and was not put out in the least to add the task to her busy day. Bloomers came highly recommended to me by my wedding coordinator and Bloomers really lived up to the positive hype! As a destination wedding bride, I was apprehensive about all the vendors because I really only had one day to meet them and see their work. But Kathy at Bloomers put me at ease, showed me some amazing samples, kept in email communication with me and really listened to what I wanted.
