When looking to put together our "destination wedding", I knew we would need help coordinating details in a place we didn't know well. I found Laura and Forevermore events through online searches, and I am beyond glad that we made the investment to have a wedding coordinator. During the months of planning, Laura was super receptive of our needs and concerns for staying within our budget. She worked with our changing design ideas and was able to help coordinate the wedding of our dreams. On the day of our wedding, I worried about nothing. Laura and her team took all the pieces we brought, along with our rental decor, and made our ceremony and reception a dream. She was even kind enough to coordinate other deliveries with vendors so that we didn't have to pay for delivery by all our vendors. It may seem like an expense to hire a wedding planner, but Laura Stagg and her staff at Forevermore Events are worth their weight in gold! I could not have pulled off my destination wedding at Clear Creek Ranch without them. Laura was a super-fun person to plan my wedding with. In fact, planning the wedding with her was just as fun as the wedding itself. She is very knowledgeable of the vendors in town, has a great design sense, and years of experience to back it up. She's both practical and imaginative, willing to explore any vision I had for my wedding and talk about how to make it a reality. She coordinated several vendor visits for us while my husband and I were in town, and was happy to jump on Skype when we were in California. Wedding day was phenomenal! Everyone talks about their wedding day as a crazy blur, but I was stress free and able to soak in the experience. Laura had everything covered. And "everything" included decorating the ceremony and reception spaces with 975 paper flowers I'd made (not a small task). I literally GASPED when I saw what she'd done with the reception space. And that's only one small piece of the 100+ things she was coordinating that day. I can't imagine how stressed out I would have been without Forevermore Events. Disappointing - was referred to Forevermore Events by several folks. Wanted to rent an arbor, chairs, table linens, etc. for a Monday wedding. Was told that they could only guarantee the products if they didn't have a rental for the weekend before. In other words, if someone rented the weekend before me I would be out of luck because the weekend renters had all day Monday to return items. Just doesn't make sense to me. Can't believe some type of compromise couldn't be considered. read more

So I tried to write this review earlier, but I guess it dod not go through due to me email not being correct in Yelp! oops! But I fixed it and here we go ... My now husband and I visited Utah about 3 years ago and just loved the idea of getting married at Ponderosa Ranch, just above Zion park. That's when we met Laura with Forevermore events. She showed its the venue site, really got to know us, and worked well with us even though we lived in San Diego. Of course I was the nervous bride asking a million questions, but Laura took the time to explain things to me and show me potential vendors that could work with our budget and what we wanted. Laura and her staff have a lot of great resources, ideas for decorating, and they were so flexible. Come wedding day, Laura and her staff were very nice, professional and very helpful (they really did work hard form 9am-2am then back the next morning to finish cleaning up too) - Laura even took the time to steam my dress (even though she had a million other things to do) because I was scared to use the little one I brought from home. The staff was very helpful and I appreciated everything that they did for us. It is scary having a destination wedding because there are just so many things that you have to remember to bring with you ... but Forevermore events made our day very special and I will never forget it. Laura was amazing, she was on top of everything from the moment we started working with her. She clearly explained the trade offs we could make to stay under budget. She is very focused on providing such exceptional service, sometimes it took her a day or two to reply to emails when our wedding was many months away, but as the wedding date came closer, she was on top of things as soon as there was an issue. Forevermore Events is a great company, with great staff that goes above and beyond to make sure our wedding was amazing. I can't imagine anyone wanting a wedding in Zion would use anybody but Laura and her team, they know the rules of the park and how to create an amazing experience. They were worth every penny! Worst service ever. It was a nightmare. AFTER having signed our contract, Laura Stagg informed us that she would not be there but she could get everything done and planned before her cruise and her staff would be just as competent without her there. While she was very sweet and great to work with in the beginning, and we trusted her, there was a huge break down of communication between her and her staff and most of the vendors. Sadly, most attention to detail was lost and the decorations as previously ordered and discussed were not followed through with. Her office staff was very unprofessional and created chaos and havoc. The day of the wedding we had to run around and do most decorating ourselves. Ms. Stagg called from her vacation and agreed she would give a partial refund for the lack of professionalism and miscommunication on the part of her office staff. This never happened. Even her assistant told us that she was concerned her boss, Laura, was not going to be there on the wedding day. If this was the case, she should've been honest in the beginning. Our daughter was in tears the day of her wedding because of 'Michelle, ' who Informed us hours before the wedding that they would not deliver any of the wedding decor until we paid an extra $7000 which was over our agreed budget. She said we would have to work it out with Laura when she returned. Their whole business lacks professionalism. They did not care about ruining our daughter's day. That's something no one ever wants to experience. It can never be re done and the fact there was no refund or some kind of compensation is pathetic. read more

My fiancé and I decided to do a destination wedding to Zion National Park and we found Forevermore events. Laura with Forevermore Events met with us, and she really got to know us, our family, and our ideal wedding plans. She really listened to what we wanted and needed. As a destination bride, I was always nervous because I could not just go take care of something when I needed to by going down the road to see the vendors or coordinator, but I did not need to with Laura and Forevermore events on my side! Laura and her wonderful staff provided stellar and professional service on all aspects pre-wedding and wedding day too! On the actual wedding day, Laura really helped me organize the wedding party (we were all staying in the same estate where the wedding was taking place) and she really made me feel at ease. She and her staff literally took care of everything (she even took time to steam my dress because my bridal party was too nervous to do it ourselves) and when it came time to walk down the isle, it was like she was able to get in my mind because everything was picture perfect and just as I imagined it to be! I cannot say enough about just how amazing my experience was! Our guests are still talking about the wedding (nearly 2 weeks after) and Laura and Forevermore events provided me with lifelong memories that I will forever cherish! I highly recommend Forevermore events for any party/wedding event, as I know they will really take care of you and listen to what you want too! If there are any brides out there thinking about going to southern Utah and planning with Forevermore events, take the leap and do it because it will be an unforgettable and amazing experience! read more
