I spent an extravagant amount of…read moremoney for flowers that were nothing like I ordered. my only request was white roses and I had brought in some filler that matched my colors, black silver and turquoise .somehow I ended up with all pink random flowers and no white roses whatsoever. when I asked them to fix it they couldn't. I had expected them to at least be able to take some of the pink out,they did and put white roses in but there were maybe four white roses in the store. I have looked forward to my wedding for 15 years. I waited a long time and all I wanted was white roses. I literally feel like I got nothing like I asked for and then when I asked to make it right I got told they couldn't afford to lose money. I don't understand how ruining my flowers for my big day should be at my cost. I hated the flowers and told them as much but they didn't seem to care. it really sucks to support local companies who don't care about our community.

I needed an arrangement that included her and her son's favorite colors. While driving, I made a cold call to them to see if they had the color palettes I needed and to discuss my vision. When I arrived in Saint George, I headed over and we looked at the flowers they had, the vases, and how the arrangement would look. Within a couple of hours, I was able to pick up a very beautiful and meaningful arrangement. My family member was very touched by the beauty of the flowers. I picked out a beautiful arrangement called Blush of Love. Beautiful soft colors of pink. What showed up where hot pink colors that looked like a Valentine's Day bouquet. Not only that I could have put together a prettier bouquet. It was so cheaply put together it looked like it came from the grocery store. When we called to voice our complaint that this was sent to a woman who had just lost her husband the man on the phone named David was very rude. His first response is that it was "close" to what we ordered. We told him it wasn't anywhere near what we ordered. We explained that we understood that maybe they couldn't get they exact flowers but that it still should have been done in nice subtle colors and not hot pink and could have been put together nicer. David said he could send out a another bouquet which we do not care to do. That would just be dumb at this point since we already attempted to send her a nice bouquet of flowers, which they failed at big time. Or our other choice was he could go pick up the flowers from my friend and give us our money back. Are you kidding me? You are going to go take flowers away from a woman who just lost her husband?
