For public safety: 1-Never crowd a person who is experiencing autistic meltdown, it makes it worse. She kept getting too close to him. I was touching her to let her know that she immediately needed to stop. I am his advocate and she refused to listen. Just kept getting closer. 2-DO NOT MAKE THREATS. It makes it worse! She chose not to listen and threatened to call police. If she had let me de-escalate she wouldn't have to defend her poorly made decisions but she was in a power play and refuses to take accountability. She matched his meltdown and made it worse. I have no issue paying a repotting fee I was just asking for clarification and he decided that was the perfect time to be rude lol it was the weirdest thing. After 15 minutes she came back to the counter and started folding fabric again. She was the only worker that would speak to me.
