Greg and his crew were the least helpful landscapers I've dealt with. Since they were the original subcontractors before we bought the house, I assumed Greg would be willing to assist with our yard. However, getting him to even look at the work was a struggle. After multiple calls and texts, he finally showed up but refused to commit to any timelines and eventually stopped responding altogether. On top of that, many of my neighbors in the Crescent Hills community frequently complain about his work, citing poor quality and unreliable service. I ended up hiring Kyle at KTS Improvements instead and highly recommend you do the same. Greg overpromises but doesn't deliver--his work is subpar, and his customer service is terrible. Called Gregg to set an appointment for an estimate on our yard which needs to be redone. Gregg did not show for the first appointment and when I called he said he had forgotten because he was on another job. We did set up another time and he arrived late but did show up. The yard we have is a challenge and we told him what we would like and he also suggested some items. He stated that he would measure the yard and contact me with a quote. Did not hear from Greg and tried to call. Only got the voice mail. Tried to text but no reply. All of this was in August and still have not heard anything. I believe Greg did not want the business so no contact from him. Not a good for customer relations I would think. I Definitely would not use Cedar Creek Landscaping. read more

Gregg and his crew did a great job on my backyard. His quote was reasonable and fair. He was booked out quite a bit but showed up when he said he would. They were fast, efficient and respectful of my house and property. I had pavers/patio, pergola and sod installed with sprinklers. It definitely increased the value of my house and was a selling point when I listed the house. He has also done sprinkler work on my new house and when he was too booked for a small job he referred me to another landscaper. I would definitely recommend him but know that his schedule fills up fast, so plan accordingly. He does quality work and stands by it 100%. read more

Greg and his crew did our front yard landscaping June and July of 2016. His written proposal stated that there was a 1 year warranty on his work. I called before that summer was over to ask if his warranty also covered the concrete curbing and his reply was "you betcha". I told him there were at least 8 sections of concrete that had cracks. He said he would let me know when his crew could come by. I texted him a few weeks later "not to forget us" and he texted that he would come by before the cold weather and the end of his working season set in. Well when winter began I texted him that I would probably not see him or his crew and he replied that we were on top of his list for the Spring of 2017. Well the Spring has come and gone along with Summer and now into Fall. In early June after another text from me he said the "next time his guys did concrete work he would have them come by". So your crew has not had any concrete work for 4 months?? We need to have our back yard done but I will not use Cedar Creek Landscaping. Our front yard is beautiful except for all of the cracks in the curbing. I did not appreciate having to constantly call and text especially when the end result was a "no show" from Greg and his crew. read more

I contacted Greg on June 21st to have him give me an estimate for a sprinkler system, sod and a few trees in my back yard. He came out the next day and gave an estimate, saying he would be able to start the work in three weeks. I waited until the fourth week and called him back. He had forgotten who I was but then stated he could probably start the job in the next week or so. I told him I had some changes and asked if he could come out for a revised estimate. He said yes, that he would come by later that day or the next morning. The next morning came and went with no call so I had to call him back. He again forgot who I was but he said he would be there the following day at 6:30 PM. At 7:15 PM the next night he still had not showed so I called but got his full voicemail box. He called me back 10 minutes later saying he was running really late. I told him to cancel, that I was tired of chasing my tail. He kind of laughed, said okay and hung up. I know he did the front yards in my development and his work is really nice but if you can't get him to remember you or call when he can't make an appointment then what is the point of trying to hire him? read more
