I'd been struggling with this irrigation system since I moved in to this house and finally I'd had…read moreenough when the backyard sprinklers just stopped worked for no logical reason. Jeff came out and quickly assessed the illogical mess that was my valves and stations. I honestly have no idea why it was installed the way it was. Station two shared a valve that watered half the front yard and the entire back yard. There was a valve between the main valve and the backyard sprinklers that was unmarked and next to impossible to find without digging up the entire yard and landscaping. I'd always hated how that valve/station was split to begin with so I asked if we could separate the backyard off onto it's own valve and station and Jeff made it happen while also bypassing wherever the mystery valve was hiding so it would no longer be a problem. He also replaced all of my old valves with a modular system that allows easier valve replacement and the option to add more valves/stations in the future. The parts of the landscaping that did have to be moved aside and dug up for the new parts were carefully worked with and put back so it looks the same as before even with the additions. Before finishing the job he also replaced a sprinkler head that was damaged and calibrated all of the sprinkler heads for optimal coverage. We are very pleased with the work done and would recommend Cedar Lawn Care to our friends and neighbors having yard and sprinkler issues.

I had them go to a rental property in Cedar City and do a full evaluation - I wanted it to look…read morenice. They came back with several suggested services. They weren't cheap, but I was assuming that by having them handle everything, they'd coordinate and make it all work. That was a poor assumption. The biggest issue was that the sprinklers didn't work. I told them this. They noted it in their assessment. But they still did several expensive lawn treatments that required watering afterward, and they still needed to fix the sprinklers. When they finally sent someone, they claimed it was all good; however I went and visited the property and while they did replace a part that was broken, the majority of the sprinkler system still did not work - running a simple test would have confirmed this. I wrote them an email describing my dissatisfaction. I asked that after they fixed the sprinklers they repeat the previous treatment at no cost (they never addressed that comment). They scheduled another sprinkler repair visit, but in the meantime did another - different - expensive lawn treatment. After the second sprinkler visit, the sprinklers are still not 100%. If all you need is a mowing etc., sure use them if you want to pay on the high side. I wasted a lot of money with them. Hopefully, you don't do the same.

I would use and recommend Natural Design Landscaping again and again!

The report we received and the depth of the inspection was well worth the cost. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Cedar City area needing a home inspection.

I requested James and Luis to come look at the work I needed done for my yard and get a Quote…read more Response was great within 2 days James and Luis checked out the front and south side of the yard. Discussed what I wanted to be done. Basically, remove all the dead grass and grassy plants, replace with decorated rock on the south side, repair sprinkler system PVC pipe at backflow preventor, changed solenoids out, replace a battery operator controller from the irrigation box to an electric one and move it into the garage for better access. What grass that was removed up front was replaced with sod. The plants replaced the old I picked out. The Quote was worth the price. James and Luis have a very good work ethic and communication something I haven't seen in a long time. I really appreciate the hard work and respect I received. I'm very pleased of the outcome. Mostly we followed HOA guidelines so Thank You Lana M.

It has resulted in extensive ceiling damage. We have had three repair companies attempt to fix the problem over the past eight years, but to no avail. There were a couple of vents that needed to be added to exhaust the roof. He mentioned the situation (no roof vents) but did not try to upsell me on them.
