After multiple calls and texts, he finally showed up but refused to commit to any timelines and eventually stopped responding altogether. On top of that, many of my neighbors in the Crescent Hills community frequently complain about his work, citing poor quality and unreliable service. I ended up hiring Kyle at KTS Improvements instead and highly recommend you do the same. Greg overpromises but doesn't deliver--his work is subpar, and his customer service is terrible. Answering calls and following through shouldn't be that hard.

The yard we have is a challenge and we told him what we would like and he also suggested some items. He stated that he would measure the yard and contact me with a quote. Did not hear from Greg and tried to call. Only got the voice mail. Tried to text but no reply. All of this was in August and still have not heard anything. I believe Greg did not want the business so no contact from him. Not a good for customer relations I would think. I Definitely would not use Cedar Creek Landscaping.

We hired Jeffrey Bidwell to do our irrigation because water would build up in the back. He told us no problem he will get us taken care of and was quoted $1,000 for materials and 800 for laber and any additional cost would come out of his pocket. We didnt want funds to have to come out if his pocket and offered 1,000 on completion. Jeff Bidwell was given $1,000 for the materials and ended up never proving us a receipt and I quote "lost the receipt". He never showed up in time; on mutiple occasions he would tell us he would be at our house at 9am and would not show up till 12-1. Jeff would then be present for maybe an hour and leave. He then hired on his nephew to get a large majority if the work done and wanted money to pay him and this day was the most work we ever saw done. About 4-5 days have gone by at this point one side of the house is done. Saturday arrives and Jeff is a no show even when we would reach out no answer and was probably not going to show on Sunday; please keep in mind he wouldnt tell us when he was coming to work and when he was taking time off. Sunday rolls around and we never heard back on anything lots of snow is scheduled to come and so we told him that this project needs to be done by Sunday or Monday. He calls us back saying hell come by ti finish the project. While we waited for him we also made a trip to Home Depot and got the additional supplies needed for him to complete everything. The project is finished and now comes the time to test everything. Guess what water us not coming through the way it was supposed to. We shared our concerns with Jeff and he told us "I guarentee you will get taken care of tomorrow. I pride myself on my customers being happy. I have a project tomorrow but I will cancel that and be here first thing after I get my window fixed. Whatever it takes if you need me to redo all of this I will." Keep in mind we have all of this on Camera. Anyway Monday comes no word and no show and our back yard is severly flooded worse than before. We end up getting a call from his Brother in law letting us know that Jeff is not going to show. Please be mindful when choosing Jeff Bidwell. As you can see from the story above he is not reliable, lies, and scams.

Last year I bumped the fake rock that covers those pipes, causing a water leak emergency that Randy from Sprinkler Master handled quickly and for a reasonable price. When I called Sprinkler Master, I explained the situation to Naomi and she quickly got us on the repair schedule. She was friendly and personable, and put my mind at ease, which is no easy feat. Terrell came out and dug up the area around those pipes and located the source of the leak. He went to work, ultimately outsmarting those tricky connections and solved the problem. He replaced the dirt, cleaned up the work site, and did it all with a friendly, helpful attitude and pride in his work. Even better, he informed me that this was a warranty repair so there was no charge. At a time in life when so many things seem to be going wrong and money is tight, this company, the employees, and their work ethic is a huge blessing.
