Save your money..... all they do is run the blower for five minutes. Then they don't even pick it up.

We employed 4 Seasons for more than a year. They were non-responsive to our agreed upon service levels. It was not uncommon to have untrained workers do a have assed job when they did showed up. They failed to provide the level of service agreed to and when we were able to get the owner to come to the property there were just excuses and promises to improve. The improvements never happened. Basic services were rarely performed as agreed to. It was amazing to me that they billed a month in advance for services. For example, I would receive a bill in the last week of the month that was supposed to cover the services for the following month. I would not recommend their services to anyone. read more

We had our weeds cut down in back of a view fence in Coral Canyon after getting permission from the city. They were the only ones to return our calls for bids....now I can see why. They did not provide what we agreed upon for $800. Bushes pulled out by the roots, 2 guys working all day, lot sprayed so no growth would come back. The area raked and cleaned up. All I can say is make sure you have exact contract in hand as to what will be done. Two kids showed up and didn't have much in the way of being safe. They were scheduled for 7:30 AM but we got a call saying they would be a little late. Got here at 10:30AM looked over the job then went to the dump to off load previous job. Arrived about one hour or more later started to work. Looked out and they were gone again. I think you get the picture. They broke their chain to pull out bushes, broke tow strap. then proceeded to dig by hand. Very young kids. We still have rooted bushes, no raking or spraying. 1. We contracted with Ryan, who listed all 10 agreed upon services in a contract. 2. The only service performed was mowing a small patch of lawn. 3. Ryan viewed the property on two occasions and understood no weeds were being pulled or sprayed, no volunteer bushes removed, no bushes trimmed, and none of the other services were being performed. 4. We we're paying $200.00 per month every month. 5. Our renter finally told us the worker would mow and sit in his truck and play on his phone. The primary concern was the owners many false promises and deficiencies fulfilling his contract. There's more but I'm done. Would never recommend this guy. read more

We had there service for more than 1 year. We had teenagers come and perform our service and didn't know what they were doing. We were told by there supervisor that they could not find workers who had drivers license. They said they would perform Service like trimming and pruning and did not do what they said they would on multiple occasions. They destroyed our block wall and other curbing with there equipment and they ultimately repaired these items after much discussion. There inexperience and there unresponsive behavior was frustrating and made more work for me and my wife. Don't recommend them at all. read more

I don't know why I stuck with this company as long as I did. They overcharge and charge for every little thing that they do. After months of doing business with them, I canceled their service, but unfortunately only after having them install "water efficient" sprinkler heads, because they told me they save water and are "efficient". Now I am faced with my lawn drying out and looking horrible. It's never looked like this in 9 years. The sprinkler heads all must be replaced with different ones that work (as the old ones did) with a large cost to me again. I would advise looking elsewhere. read more

I exactly agree with what Lisa said below. That was our experience as well. We were charged every month ($125) and no one would come during the winter other than to blow by the front door (8 seconds) and then leave. After years of this, we found someone more dedicated. read more

Just frustrated that there is little if any communications with the company - had a leak from an irrigation value but they never said anything until I called attention to it - it was like this for three weeks - only because they didn't show up for two weeks - possibly due to holiday - such as day before New Years and yet no one told us. It started good and now, we feel like it is such an effort to get anything taken care of....guys that come to house are great but company overall is horrible. read more

I hired Four Seasons to take care of my yard because they said they were full service. They are very expensive, $175 a month. I have security cameras outside my house so I could monitor them as they work. They would average less than ten minutes when they were working at my house. They do not complete the tasks according to there contract. They changed my service dates without notification, this is a big deal because I have dogs. They left the back yard gate open more than once. They failed to show up multiple times and after confronting the workers they had no explanation as to why. I currently have to replace a sprinkler because they broke it while edging the lawn. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! read more

4-Seasons Lawn Care. I called and they came out. We went over everything. They quoted me a price of $175.00 per month, would come every Tuesday. I have no lawn but it was for spraying weeds and trimming bushes. They didn't come on Tuesday, said they would be here on Thursday, no Thursday. Finally on Saturday two boys showed up and worked 30 minutes, got in their truck and drove away. This Tuesday no one showed up and never called. I called them to cancel the care.
