Food choices are Subway and Taco Bell. Stores are nice and staff are very friendly. The vehicle islands can be a bit tough to navigate as the pumps are close to the store. If they are busy, that area can become congested. Patience can be necessary. There is an RV dump station available (unsure of the cost) and plenty of parking is available. A great middle stop between Cedar City and Beaver, Utah.
