Very concerned and very worried about that package that we paid to have shipped off on Tuesday. The kid who was working didn't seem like he was trained very well. He chose a box that was too small and instead of finding a bigger box to fit everything, he cut another box up to try and make it work? We told him that the package needed to make it to its destination safe because it contained expensive work materials and he didn't seem to understand or care and kept trying to make his Frankenstein-of-a-box work. Thursday Update: the package was supposed to arrive today and we got notified (EOD) that it hadn't shipped. We have no idea where our shipment is and if it's ever going to make it to the destination, let alone in one piece. Trust the reviews for this location; if you want good service, fulfill your shipping needs elsewhere. read more

The nasty woman working around 4 pm on 5/11/26 was genuinely rude and deliberately unhelpful because she was so incompetent she got flustered not knowing how to access a UPS account at a UPS store. I just left this location after finally getting a label printed and some copies made. Total time was 35 minutes! Erika was great and we were working to get things done when an older gentleman told her to help other customers, yes it was very busy! When I got there 5 people were on the floor helping people and then only 2 with 8 people in line. He tried helping me but got frustrated, called a young man to help me but he had no experience printing from email. Finally got Erika back and completed my transactions! If someone can't help the customer they shouldn't be told to do so. Let the older gentleman stay out of the way. read more

I am furious with the store! I have called twice and requested someone call me back. No one has, and it has been a week since I first called. I needed to have something sent to Idaho from Utah. In writing, I requested special care in the packaging because what I was sending was extremely valuable. I hoped that by writing it down whoever was packaging the item would have something concrete to look at. I paid extra for the enhanced packaging. My package arrived in Idaho completely destroyed. The recipient sent me photographs. I could not believe what I saw. From how they treated the preparation for mailing of that box, not having the courtesy or caring to return my phone calls, and charging me for extra care tells me a lot about this facility. THET DON'T CARE! I will never use them again. Judging by their very low rating and predominant of one star this is status quo for this particular UPS building. I have used this store for about five years now. Whenever I do business with them I am always greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. They get me in and out very quickly. They are very efficient and competent. The store is always neat, clean and orderly. I highly recommend this business over other UPS stores in the area. read more

Horrible. Got there and line was out the door...at least 25 people and the 2 associates working there (yes only 2 on a Saturday) were clueless. We also made an appointment beforehand a few days earlier for a Notary signing there and even got a confirmation email for our 12:30 pm appointment on Saturday, and after waiting a half hour in line were told they don't do Notary appointments on weekends. I went to drop off a return to Amazon today, and Juan was the only one working the desk... there were 3 other people in front of me which is short for this store, but I was amazed at how fast and efficient Juan was! *HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT* The owner of this location owns two stores. Their Sunset store location lost a valuable package. One I insured. The value exceeds $2000. Trying to get assistance or answers of any kind from this store is like pulling teeth. To this day, I still don't know what the status of my claim is. Oh, and I was told "We really aren't UPS, we are just a private store." The worst management ever. I will never again use either store. I am going on a month and still, no one courtesy call from anyone. They don't answer their phones. Good luck getting a call back if you have an issue. read more

Come here a lot. Always busy with a usual waiting line to get service. It's a small place with no real organized line for social distancing due to Covid. Think that they should do a better job of making it clearer on how the que line is setup here. Many a time people are stacked on top of each other and you can tell it makes people uneasy. I always dread having to go to the UPS Store... It's fine if you're just dropping off, but if you need help or a receipt, be prepared to wait. This location is usually busy and PAINFULLY slow. They'll often have 1-2 people working the desk, and one of those will be in the back moving boxes around (?). There's no concept of moving the line quickly or stepping it up when there are many people waiting. We arrived to a long line the other day and estimated it would easily be a 30-35 min wait (with an average of 5 mins per customer) and one very slow person working the desk. We decided to jump in the car and drive across the street to Staples (where they offer UPS services) -- with no line we were in and out quickly with their friendly, efficient service. From now on Staples will be our UPS go-to -- not to mention easier parking and they only charge 25 cents/pg to print out your label (if needed). read more

I have been coming to this UPS Store for a while now and consistently have a great experience. This place is located at "The Shoppes at Zion", has many convenient parkings for quick and easy access. Very clean store with friendly staff who always provided efficient and considerate service. From packing to shipping or even notary public services were truly great. Service was always fast even during the busy hours. I was usually in and out in minutes every visit and was completely satisfied with the prices on everything. I highly recommend:) read more

Yes they are a busy store... yes, you might have to wait, but considering the amount of mail/packages they move through here, I think they do a great job. I'm glad they finally have their "waiting line" more organized. I use them all the time for Amazon returns. Much easier than using Kohls. If we (as customers) have all of our stuff and info together, properly labeled if needed, and/or your return authorization available on your phone, it's quick and easy. DONT USE UPS FOR NOTARY SERVICES. I made an appointment. I arrived, told them why I was there and that I had made an appointment. The employee told me the notary was on the phone and would be out to help me soon. I waited for 25 minutes even though I made an appointment and had to leave because I still hasn't gotten any help and had to be somewhere else. I love so much about St. George so this is a disappointment that I'm even writing this. This UPS store is the absolute worst I have ever been to. There is no sense of urgency and it's almost as if the employees have no clue what they are doing. When I arrived, there were two people in front of me. I literally waited over 30 minutes for the line to move. So completely unnecessary. By the time I left, the line was out the door. Management- please help this store out. Sorry I couldn't give a lower review. I had an extremely important document that had to be overnighted. I paid $121.84 for that service however the package was not delivered until the following day, not the next day, two days later. This created a massive expense for me. When I requested a refund from the store manager being they failed to meet their financial agreement for the shipment of my package. The manager proceeded to create lie after lie that the package had been delivered. When I proved to her it was not, she then called a week later to tell me that I had not made the cut-off and was in the store aster 4:30 pm. My receipt from the store shows that I paid for the shipment at 11:28 am?? Again, a lie. They will do anything not to refund when they make a mistake. Very unprofessional. I will not do business with them ever again and suggest, if you don't have to, don't use them. read more

For Amazon returns the line is always long and there is always a wait. For Copies and printing: apparently they "don't do" copies 45 minutes before close...they straight up just said no. Too bad that are the only store close to my house. read more

Worst UPS store in the country. Long lines. Rude, incompetent help. In the afternoon, their printer is often tied up so they can't even print labels. They ask you to come back an hour and a half later and stand in line for another 45 minutes like it's no big deal. If you're shipping within a 100 miles you would probably save time by delivering it yourself. read more

Her husband actually went and picked up a table for me at the store, brought it back to their store, packed it impeccably and it arrived at my home (out of state) in perfect shape. Not impressed. A store centered around service should know better how to serve. Staff was ok, but they charged us $5 per package to have some items shipped in from Amazon while traveling. This is one thing if you have one or two, but should have a maximum as its only a handling fee. Many stores charge 2-3 or have a max. We had 8 small packages and ended up paying them $40. It's a blatant rip off. To top it off all of them had to be rung up separately which was just an extra waste of time. Go elsewhere if you can. Whoever owns this store does not care much about their customers. read more

Yay Thanks UPS Store! As usual we were ending with more stuff then we came with on our recent trip to southern Utah. They had boxes on sale. For $2.50 we got a perfect box. We packed our travel books we no longer needed along with stuff we had purchased; books, gifts and souvenirs. They cut down the box so stuff wouldn't move around too much. The staff was so sweet and helpful plus they laughed at my lame jokes. They said the box would arrive in two days. The box was shipped on a Weds afternoon and arrived at our house Friday morning! Woo Hoo! And the box and it's contents arrived in tip top condition! read more

The paperwork itself was easy enough. My issue is with the employee who helped me. First, take notice that this address is no longer accurate because they have moved to the outlet Mall about a mile away on River Road just past the freeway exit. When I walked in at 8:20 a.m. there was one employee and one customer she was helping. She did not acknowledge me or say hello, good morning, I'll be right with you. I was there probably 8 minutes before she was finished with that customer. She did her job but was cold with him a little as well. I was returning a Directv box which was fairly easy. Just as the one customer left another came in with 2 boxes and they seemed to know each other. Her comment was, "hi, it will be a minute. I have to deal with her first." Something just hit me the wrong way. Denine wasn't very friendly and seemed a little put out. Be better. read more
