I had another great experience today with Jane. I had a ton of Amazon orders to send back. Of course Amazon has changed their return receipts. I had to pull each return up my phone, Jane was extremely patient during this ordeal! She had a big smile for me, when I walked in the door! I always enjoy go in... I asked to have place cards for a wedding printed. Irene worked with me until we got the design, quality, and size I envisioned. She was friendly and professional and went above and beyond in her service. The price and the turn around time for the completed project was much better than on-line stores. I had some ammo delivered to my house via UPS ground. The ammo was defective, so the manufacturer sent me a prepaid UPS label to have the ammo returned. When I brought the box of ammo into the Mesquite UPS store, the customer service person asked me what was in the box. When I told her it was ammo, the first thing she did was lie to me by saying UPS does not ship ammo. When I told her that I have been receiving ammo (including the ammo I was just returning) shipped by UPS Ground for years, from several different merchants....her response then was: "Well, this is a franchise, and the owner of this franchise does not want to ship anything gun related". She then hands me a piece of paper that she said lists the three closest places that I can use to ship my ammo....however, all these establishments are either in St George or Vegas (anywhere between 70 to 120 miles round trip from Mesquite). What made matters worse is, they lied again...because I later found out there are at least two other Mail Drop Service businesses in Mesquite (less than a mile away from this UPS Store), in which you can ship and receive ammo. Therefore, the bottom line is this: If a specific business owner does not want to ship anything gun related, that is their decision...but don't try to blatantly lie on why you can't ship it, and then deliberately try to steer people in taking an unnecessary 100 mile trip. read more

UPS was unable to deliver to my house due to the sender messing up my address. UPS customer service told me I would have to pick up at one of their locations. The store in mesquite is the closest (40-45 minute drive one way). Customer service informed me they were open until 6pm Monday through Friday. I show up on a Thursday at 4:50 and they were closed. With a paper sign in the door stating their hours. How am I suppose to get my package if they can't be open like the show on the ups website and Google and every other website? read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. This is my first negative review I have ever written. Let me explain what happened. I had a package shipped next day to Lake Tahoe. The package did not arrive on time in fact it took 4 days for the package to arrive. (It was my friends' MEDICATION.) I understand that it was not the UPS store fault. It was UPS's mistake. My wife called Sauni and asked for a refund. (The Owner) she said we will get a refund from UPS in 5 to 10 days. OK waited 3 weeks and no refund. I called yesterday asked Sauni about our refund. She asked for the tracking number etc. So I said,"I paid you, the UPS store. I expect you to give me the refund." Her response was I do not work that way.....I stated that I just want my money back. I told her she did not follow through, other wise she would not have to ask for all the information again. She then told me that I was arrogant and a bad man. While she has my $111.65. Sauni would not listen to me. All I wanted was my money back for services that I paid for and did not receive. Then she said she would not give me my money back and hung up the phone. I just called my credit card company and had the charges reversed yesterday. B of A sent me a notification that my refund is in and the investigation is done. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Yes you do win the award for the worse customer service, Congratulations !!!!!! read more

This is absolutely the best UPS store I've ever been too. The owner is very friendly and really customer service oriented. The owner helped me securely package my item and took the time to cut my box down to make the dimensions as small as possible to save money. I attempted to buy bubble wrap and he said not to bother and would just give me the bubble wrap I needed for my package. He helped me consider multiple ways to send my package on an urgent basis and helped me to obtain discounts without me even asking. Further, he took the time to contact me about sunglasses I left at his store and then mailed them to me at no charge. I've mailed packages via UPS locations quite often, as well as other shipping businesses. I HIGHLY recommend this particular store! read more

This UPS location gives good old fashion customer service. They are so caring and go above and beyond to help you out when you need it. I was awaiting a certified copy of my birth certificate shipped with UPS and I had to sign for it. I had to run an errand and was only gone for 10 minutes and just missed the driver who took my document back to Vegas. I went online to change my delivery to the 550 W. Pioneer Blvd. location and even called the gal there to tell her to be on the lookout for my document mailer and she had all my information. I then stopped by the 2nd day to see if the driver had left it with them and he had not. The gal told me she had already gone online that morning and checked on my mailer in advance to track and see where it was, but the system had not updated. She promised that she would try to help in any way and even gave me advice on who to call. When does any business talk to a customer on the phone the afternoon before and then remember the next morning to double check on their package for them without being reminded to. I recommend that everyone should patronize their business when you are in need of shipping or making copies, etc.. These people are absolutely the nicest business I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I have shipped packages with them in the past and they went out of their way to offer every discount available to me and again when was the last time a business did that for you? Do yourself a favor and use this location for all your shipping and packing needs. read more
