This year, my daughter and I have experienced significant loss and instability. My mother passed away in 2020, and I lost my father in February of this year. As an only child, I inherited all of my parents' belongings. Due to circumstances beyond my control, my daughter and I were forced to move three times this year, and I placed everything I owned into a storage unit. I fell three months behind on storage payments. With fees, the balance totaled $654. During that time, I stayed in contact with management, made it clear the unit was not abandoned, and asked about a payment plan. I was given a deadline of December 15. I immediately asked if they could wait until Thursday, when I would be paid, so I could pay in full. I did not receive a response. When I went in to pay the balance, I was told the unit had already been auctioned. I lost everything in that unit, including family photos, letters, personal belongings, and most importantly, the cremated remains of both of my parents. I understand businesses have policies, but I believe this situation was handled without compassion or reasonable accommodation, especially given that I was actively communicating and attempting to resolve the balance. I am speaking out in the hope that no other family experiences this.

So a year later, during our annual visit to Mesquite in March 2026, I wanted to give the shop one chance to at least to make things right. They installed the incorrect tube with the liner which caused the tube to wrinkle and put bulges in the rear tire. I removed the liner and the thorn proof tube was okay without the liner. All I wanted was the correct size thorn proof tube and I would install it myself. Mike the owner gave me two tubes instead of one and I was very grateful. I found a couple of months later,after we were back home, they were just a standard tube not thorn proof worth $5 ea. The thorn proof tube cost me $35. Mike out and out lied to me about them being thorn proof. He had no desire whatsoever to do what was right. For that reason I'll never set foot in his shop again.

We came in to renew our licenses, over 65 and mine needed to be renewed by September 2026 which is way early. I explained the reason why it was under 6 months. Husband also did his and got tags done for our trailer before we received notice to renew. We were in and out in less than an hour!!! The whole staff was outstanding and ready to work for the day.
