Had to schedule a week and a half in advance for my license. Once there everything from taking the written test to getting my temporary license was a piece of cake. Every employee I encountered was helpful and friendly. I was told that my actual license would take 6-8 weeks to be mailed, but I got it in a week. It's good for 8 years, too! Remember to "do" anything at the DMV you need an appointment. You can make this said appointment on line or in person. Today we are coming to this place to get a drivers license. As time passes our children grow into adulthood and we take baby steps to let them get out into the world. Here we go again with the driver's license test. As you walk in the building the new system the DMV has incorporated works. Having an appointment ensures accurate service most of the time. For those going for the permit they offer a wonderful space that is enclosed for concentrating. The testing room is all computerized. It's a multiple choice test that you truly have to study for. The state of Nevada is one of the hardest places to get your license. The state has no room for failure. Study study study for the written test and the driving portion. If at first you don't succeed, try and keep trying. Never give up. When Connor, did not pass the driving instructor was very compassionate about educating him on what he did wrong. They want drivings that are going to follow the traffic laws and be great citizens at driving. Come prepared and make sure your car is ready and safe for the road test. Went to the online portal and verified my identity with both an email and entering data... Verified my address and credit card info and I was done with a printed receipt in like five minutes . When I saw the appointments online were extended out to May, I knew I needed to get a service involved. Of course I researched and saw this establishment had a strong rating across all platforms. Upon entering was quickly greeted by the infamous Sylvia. Her name has been mentioned in several other reviews and I can state that the customer service and knowledge I received from her was top notch. She got me in and out with ease. When my plates were ready I received a phone call. I would most def recommend- the pricing is below what most runners charge here in the valley. However the customer service is what stole the show. The hours are beyond convenient as well. This whole process I never once felt like I was just a number, and in this day and age for me that's important.
