I have called this office to get an address for a specific business in the past. I went in today to…read morethe office and was greeted with less then satisfactory customer service. First the gal couldn't count change, even after the machine told her how much to give me she gave me to much and I had to tell her, then they only had envelopes with windows... this was a post office right? Then when I asked for the address to put it on the envelope she got snotty and told me they had 1200 addresses and she didn't know all of them, I explained that I just just wanted to add it to my new phone for the future and address my envelope. I then asked another woman if she would look it up so I could address the envelope and she said, "she will look it up later, we don't have all our mail out today." What could have taken 30 sec. to show great customer service after the above turned into ridiculousness and this bad review. I will not go into that post office again. What's sad is you think being in a small town they would have the small town "let's help everyone out", HA! Far from with those ladies. Now I have to wonder if they will "conveniently" lose my mail. Very sad in a small town.
