It's not the simplest piece of furniture, but they knew exactly what they were doing, took it apart safely without any damage, and reassembled it perfectly at the new place. No issues at all! The crew was friendly, hardworking, and super respectful of my belongings. They worked quickly without rushing in a sloppy way--everything was packed securely and moved smoothly. I called and spoke to several places regarding quotes and availability. Quick and Easy Movers truly did make this as quick and easy as possible for me! I did get a lot of quotes, and it was kind of wild how much the range can vary. After some back and forth via text messages with Quick and Easy, I was able to get what I consider a very reasonable rate. I booked a few weeks out, so whenever I had any questions or concerns, I was able to communicate with them through text, and they were very responsive! This was ultra convenient. Outstanding communication! The movers themselves were great! They actually were there almost 30 minutes early! (Which was awesome for me because I was just sitting there waiting for the time window to start at that point anyways). They were total professionals when it came time for the move. They went slowly, were very careful with my items and also very careful not to tag the walls either. I really appreciate that they took their time to be careful. Also, you don't HAVE to get the truck through them. They have a rate where, if you provide your own truck, you can save a bit of money. Personally, I figured I had enough to be concerned with on moving day, so I paid for them to provide it. Again, very reasonable rates IMO. After unloading the last of items, I was able to pay using Zelle. They worked for 3 hours and 15-20 minutes but rounded down to 3 hours flat when it came time to charge. This was so incredibly appreciated! :) I am very, very happy with my experience with Quick N Easy Movers and would absolutely recommend them! If I end up moving in the next few years, they will be the first place I call! 5 stars.

THIEF: He has kept my Baldez stationary exercise bicycle, expensive Honda pressure washer and other miscellaneous items. He has admitted, via text message, to having these items and promised to return them. It has been almost a year now and has not returned them and is not responding to my text messages. Taking and keeping what is not yours I believe is stealing. In my opinion Gail is a thief. FRAUD: I paid him close to $900 as part of the contract to insure my 4 cars, one a classic, and all of my personal belongings and furniture. During the move one of my cars had paint damage and other items were broken or damaged. I requested an insurance claim form for the damages. His response was that he failed to pay the insurance premium and now he has no insurance. So, what happened to my $900 insurance payment to him? In my opinion this is fraud. LIAR: He promised to send me an insurance claim form which he has not done so to date and now we know why not. He frequently promises you one thing and fails to fulfill what he has promised. Very fast communication before our move, they answered questions quickly. We were told that two movers would be sent but requested four feeling that would be better. Two were sent moving day and after 13 hours they were 3/5th of the way done. Not the fellas fault, they were great, treated our items with respect and our home too. They worked hard and fast, it was just too much for two guys. (They were great with kids too, the kids wanted the guys to hang out at the house afterwards!) I contacted the owner and he made it right. The three stars are for the inconvenience of scheduling less movers then what was needed and the communication went away after I talked with the owner about the mishap. (I reached out cause one of the guys left tools behind and I was trying to get them back to him). Better planning would have made it 5 stars.
