Javier responded to my messages promptly, which is important to me when considering which companies I want to work with. He was able to be flexible around my schedule, and we easily set up a moving date and time. The day of, he called and texted to communicate time of arrival. He showed up with 2 movers, and they all quickly got to work. All three guys were very friendly and personable. I know moving all my belongings from a 3rd floor apartment (I'm still so sorry!) isn't their ideal situation, but they did it with smiles on their faces. They were able to finish the job in 2 hours. I contacted Javier to help us move from Southern California to Washington, Utah. Javier responded to my inquiry immediately and told me he would provide me with a written estimate by the end of the day. Javier provided me with a very fair estimate and I hired him immediately. We had to evict a tenant and they left their belongings. by law we are supposed to keep belongings for 15 days. We Haul Southern Utah came in at the last minute and moved possessions, stored them in a storage unit. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend We Haul any time. read more

We hired We-Haul Moving Company in July of 2020. Our move consisted of moving all household goods from a 2900 sqft house in Las Vegas, NV to a 3900 sqft house Seattle, WA. Additionally, we requested We-Haul to pack all of our dishes, glassware, and books. We chose We-Haul because Javier was quick to respond. Quoted price was much more competitive than the others on Thumbtack. But, most importantly for us, offered guaranteed delivery date/time. When every competitor we spoke to gave delivery windows of 3 days to 10 days with no guarantees, Javier and his team offered to deliver our housewares on the date of our choosing and if needed as early as in two days. On top of that, one of our dogs that would have had to fly in the cargo rode with the crew in the air-conditioned cabin and We-Haul had managed lodging accommodations to include our dog. Our family has moved a lot in the past. From Northern Virginia to Massachusetts to Kansas City to Washington State to Las Vegas back to Washington State. We've had such horrible experiences in the past from movers not showing up on time, delivering late, misplaced items from having to share trailers with other customers, damaged household goods, companies adding in cost post-contract, holding our items hostage to swindle more money, pick up crew being different than the drop off crew and having no idea of the contents truck. None of that applied with We-Haul. Crew arrived on time for both pickup and drop-off. Provided status updates during the move. Javier checked in to ensure everything was going well pre-during-post move. No items were damaged. No items were missing. Booties were worn to avoid damage to new home flooring. I would and have recommended these guys to anyone within We-Haul's coverage area. read more

Words cannot express how amazing these guys are! I needed a last minute (extremely last minute, I reached out on yelp at 10pm hoping to get help the next day, but Javier reached out immediately to my frantic message!) move for my senior mother, I live out of state and the situation at her house upon arrival was far more extreme than any of us had been led to believe. Javier was extremely patient, kind, and understanding through the entire ordeal. They worked quickly and effeciently and dealt with a practical circus of chaos happening around them with professionalism and compassion. They went above and beyond in every aspect and never said no when a new challenge arose. It was one of the most stressful weekends of my life and they made it 10000 times easier. I actually cried with relief a fews times. Not to mention this was all last minute, scheduled 48 hours before the whole move had to happen. The price was extremely reasonable and I would have gladly paid 5x as much for the quality of work. I would happily pay them any price to have them come to my state and help me move again. Called these guys for a move from Little Valley to Green Valley. They answered right away (and on a Sunday no less) and got me all scheduled for that Thursday morning. Communicated very well. Emailed me the contract and estimate. On the day of the move they called to let me know they were on their way. Arrived and introduced themselves. I gave them a few instructions and they got started. Super polite during the whole process. Asked all the right questions to ensure everything made it to where they were supposed to be. Very efficient. Got my 3 bed 2 bath done in no time. After the last rainfall here in St. George my wife and I had our apartment flood. We had to get rid of our sleeper sofa and We-Haul came over picked up and took it away for us. I mentioned to the owner who was one of the guys moving my couch that I also needed some help moving some things to our new apartment that was just up the stairs from our last apt. He gave me a fair quote and the next day they can over to help for an hour and got most of our stuff moved. It only took them an hour! They are the best.
