The floor associate was very helpful in recommending different options and pricing and Setting up an appointment was easy. This shop gets busy this time of year so unfortunately I wasn't able to get them out to install the floor for another few weeks, that was the only downfall. I was required to leave half the cost upfront and the other half after completion of the installation. On the day of the set appointment, one guy came out and completed the job in under four hours. We were all satisfied with the results. The worker was on time and professional. I definitely will use Mesquite tile and flooring for any future tile and flooring projects.

We hired Romano to add backsplash to our kitchen and tile to the front of our fireplace, and we are in love with the results! We purchased handmade zellige tiles for the backsplash, which means that each tile was unique and irregular. We also purchased star + cross cement tiles, which are complicated to install compared to square or rectangle tile. Romanos team did a beautiful job of measuring and installing the tiles, and they look so great and add so much character to our space! Romano and his team were punctual, efficient, professional, and finished our job in 2 days. We will definitely hire him again for future projects!

I give my highest recommendation for this general contractor (Rowdy) and Evans Custom Builders…read more I had severe settling occurring in my home's ceiling.. I had multiple businesses come to my house that tried to figure out how to address the damage. No one had any idea of where to start. It was so stressful and discouraging. Rowdy identified the problem immediately and set forth solutions and plan for repair.. Everyone that came into my home were professional and extremely respectful. The work was completed in a timely fashion and I was provided updates along the way for understanding. I am so pleased with the finished product and couldn't be happier after years of misery watching my home deteriorate and become more damaged as the settling occurred. I have a great sense of peace now and have 100 % confidence in Rowdy's approach and would highly recommend Evans Custom Builders to all that are looking for a general contractor whether it be a small or large project. Well done Rowdy, Red and TJ..

Cracking, peeling, chipping, warping, etc. They came out 3-5 times to see the issue (store owner) and even brought a rep from the company that distributes the flooring. After he was here I was fully refunded in 2 days!!! The issues are more than I can explain but by refunding me they were able to walk away. I spoke today with a rep from a 5 star rated company who explained why the floor is getting so damaged (over tile). It was completely installed wrong!!! Also, I was reassured a wheelchair would have no problem, an 18 wheeler could go across this Cadillac of floors and not damage it!! Total lie! I'm stuck with a crappy floor because to redo it now I would have to have this floor removed plus the tile underneath. Disgusted, mad, frustrated, and so disappointed. It would cost over $20,000 to have it all replace. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
