Joe and Julie did a fantastic job! My white carpet had turned tie dyed yellow with pet urine stains. It was disgusting. I couldn't walk on my carpet without shoes. I had received a quote for $750 from a different carpet cleaning service. They did it for $240. I smell no urine and the carpet is back to its original color. Unbelievable. Found these guys on Yelp! They did my bedrooms and stairs along with my sectional sofa. Prices were very reasonable and cleaning was top notch. They use a citrus smelling cleaner which smell amazing. And I don't know if they use a different technique but my carpets and sofa dried much quicker than other carpet cleaners I've used in the past-- which to me is a big plus! The worst part of carpet cleaning is waiting to walk or sit afterwards! They were very polite and courteous, they wear plastic booties over their shoes, put down towels where they bring the hose inside, and wipe up and wet spots left on hard floor afterwards. The carpets were not clean in the slightest and I was a little bit embarrassed when they got here... we have a 5year old and the common areas showed that we are a high traffic home... I had them clean one large master and two mid size area rugs. They were responsive, on time and the paid attention to details such as using a zippered closer so that bugs and hot air were minimized while they had the equipment running. They helped move light furniture AND they vacuumed prior (I can tell you how many places don't do that). I do it but with pets once isn't enough .
