This was not the first time I have used Carpet Pro. I asked them back due to the awesome work they have done for me in the past. Their prices are very reasonable, they are extremely professional, and they do a fantastic job. Joe and Julie communicate very well. It was easy to schedule a time for my carpet cleaning. The day of, they arrived as scheduled and kept me informed of their location. I appreciate the fact that they protect to corners in our residence (see photos) and they took their time doing a very thorough job cleaning my carpets. Both are extremely hard working, fun to work with, and customer satisfaction is extremely important to them. And it's obvious by their review ratings. Residing in Henderson, Nevada, I had numerous options for carpet cleaning services. I am thankful I went with Carpet Pro. They are simply the best and this small, local business does it right. I will always recommend Joe and Julie of Carpet Pro to my friends and family. Like me, you will not be disappointed if you hire them. read more

Highly recommend this company! Joe and Julie were great. I got an immediate response and was able to get on schedule with them within days. They gave me a great deal & we're so quick! Will definitely be reaching out to them in the future for not only carpet but upholstery as well. read more

Carpet Pro was very easy to work with, from setting up the appointment to finishing the job. Joe and Julie were punctual, professional, and polite, and the result was perfect--better than I expected. The quoted price stayed exactly the same, with no upselling. I called on Monday and was able to schedule an appointment for early afternoon the next day. They arrived on time, spent about an hour and a half thoroughly cleaning every inch of the carpet, and even made me laugh a couple of times with their great sense of humor. I will definitely use them again. read more

Joe and Julie did a fantastic job! My white carpet had turned tie dyed yellow with pet urine stains. It was disgusting. I couldn't walk on my carpet without shoes. I had received a quote for $750 from a different carpet cleaning service. They did it for $240. I smell no urine and the carpet is back to its original color. Unbelievable. I'm walking bare foot on it right now! They also sealed the front door while they were working so the hot outdoor air wouldn't come in. Very happy! 10/10. read more

Joe and Julie are very professional and friendly. They really know their trade. Have used them in the past and a repeat satisfied customer - who else do you turn on to do your carpet cleaning needs - Joe and Julie - husband and wife team. Their service fee is very reasonable and you get the worth of your money. Highly recommended, reliable , prompt and trustworthy. read more

Found these guys on Yelp! They did my bedrooms and stairs along with my sectional sofa. Prices were very reasonable and cleaning was top notch. They use a citrus smelling cleaner which smell amazing. And I don't know if they use a different technique but my carpets and sofa dried much quicker than other carpet cleaners I've used in the past-- which to me is a big plus! The worst part of carpet cleaning is waiting to walk or sit afterwards! They were very polite and courteous, they wear plastic booties over their shoes, put down towels where they bring the hose inside, and wipe up and wet spots left on hard floor afterwards. I highly recommend these guys, and will be saving them for use in the future!! read more

My cat puked on the couch, and I have never had my couch cleaned. After reading these reviews, I booked Joe and Julie. It was smooth and easy from scheduling to the cleaning. They are extremely nice professionals. I trust them in my home. Best of all, my couch looked brand new! It wasn't left wet. They did a thorough job. read more

Carpet Pro - Perfectly cleaned couch! Stains, dust, and pet hair is gone. The teal color looks fresh again!! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Julie and Joe don't miss... they were here about two weeks ago cleaning my not small house.... The carpets were not clean in the slightest and I was a little bit embarrassed when they got here... we have a 5year old and the common areas showed that we are a high traffic home... When I tell you these carpets looked like new when they left, it is not an exaggeration!!! This is the 3rd time I've used them in 2 years. The pricing was ultra fair and honestly, I won't go to anyone else. CALL THEM!! 2 weeks later, I'm still amazed. read more

Punctual, professional, and polite. Carpet came out perfect and it made a huge impact on the look of our home, bright and clean. Satisfied my OCD completely! Best of all there were no hidden charges or additions to the quote after arrival. Highly recommended! read more

Quick and fair pricing. Good communication as well. Cleaned 2 shaggy rugs for us. Would hire again.

Joe & Julie just left and it was an awesome experience with this husband and wife team. So friendly and nice and my master bedroom hallway and stairs look like new. I don't write a lot of reviews, normally for amazing service and horrible...this was definitely A-M-A-Z-I-N-G wish there were more stars to give. Highly recommend and will use them again. read more

Was on Yelp looking for a good carpet cleaning service in the North Las Vegas area and came across Carpet Pro. Seeing all the great reviews and pictures I was convinced to give them a try. For the past eight years I have not found anyone that has left my carpet cleaned as I would have liked. Carpet Pro have definitely left me more than happy with their results! I have nothing but good things to say about Joe and Julie. It was easy to book an online appointment through their website. I received a text and email to confirm and also when they were on their way. Very professional when they got here, they did not try to up charge or triple the price. They were very professional and focused on the concerns I had. Super friendly and very kind. Joe took his time to clean the carpet and helped to take care of little messes my puppy had left behind. Every room was cleaned above and beyond what I expected in the eight years I have lived here. They even took time to give me a quote on my tile and grout. Thank you Joe and Julie for your professionalism and great experience with your service! I would definitely recommend giving CarpetPro a call for your next carpet cleaning you will not be disappointed! read more

Joe and Julie, did a great job, my carpets were horrible with pet and dirt stains. They worked really hard and did a beautiful job. I will be using them from now on. I have used many carpet cleaners in the past and by far they are better than anyone I've ever used before. Thanks guys for the awesome price and all of your dedication and hard work. I had them clean one large master and two mid size area rugs. They were responsive, on time and the paid attention to details such as using a zippered closer so that bugs and hot air were minimized while they had the equipment running. They helped move light furniture AND they vacuumed prior (I can tell you how many places don't do that). I do it but with pets once isn't enough . Also they did extra dry strokes at the end so that I wasn't walking in wet carpet for days like the last person I had. Very friendly folks. read more

I needed my carpets cleaned before the weekend and I'm glad I called Carpet Pro. My dog had stained my carpets and they looked very poor. Wow!! I'm so happy that I went with Carpet Pro for my carpet cleaning! They exceeded my expectations and I cannot thank them enough. It was my first time getting my carpets professionally cleaned so it was a bit overwhelming to look for a company because there are much out there. I happen to see Carpet Pro in yelp and all good reviews. When I called; Joe immediately responded and was so pleasant over the phone and answered any concerns that I had. I needed the work done in a week and they were fully booked, but they made the accommodations in a prompt manner. Joe even came out to my apartment on his own time to ensure that his equipment can reach up my stairs from my parking area. Now that's going above and beyond! On the day of the cleaning I was notified that they were in route. Met his wife Julie who's his assistant and what a great team they make! The carpets turned out great and all the hard to remove stains were cleaned! They made my old, dirty carpets look new! I highly recommend these guys and I will continue to use them in the future!! read more

These guys are great carpet looks normal after bad renters left it a mess. Prices are way cheaper then the last guy I used.
